The Looks

Asher is a somewhat attractive guy. He has no outstanding scars, piercings, tattoos, or anything else which someone may notice, except for the glowing triangle on his hand when his ability activates. He is though, a little thinner than average which causes some of facial features to stick out, such as his cheek bones. Asher’s appearance is predominantly Caucasian, and although he may be considered as such, several features from his Japanese heritage also exist.

Asher is a fan of wearing jackets and hoodies, and can sometimes be wearing them mid-summer. What makes this all the more surprising is the fact that he is a fan of dark colors such as black, brown, deep reds and blues. His shirts on the other hand, tend to be lighter loose V-necks to accommodate for the weight of his coats.

Who isn’t a fan of jeans? The ones that Asher wears are a good fit for him; they aren’t too loose nor are the y too tight. They never distract too much from the rest of his outfit, and Asher always makes sure that they aren’t washed out, ugly, or unfashionable before buying them.

The Legacy

Personality:
Asher is a pretty complacent guy, although he can also be rather impulsive. While he may not immediately want to engage in an act or react to one, he can change his mind after a short while if he is affected.

Asher has a natural talent for schoolwork and the like and can score solid B’s without studying or procrastinating. This has strengthened his lazy behavior, but he at least tries to better himself. Sometimes, at least.

People tend to like Asher, or at least find no outstanding faults that would cause him hate. This can be because Asher tends to enjoy the things that those around him also enjoy.

Abelia tends to have the same emotions and feelings that Asher has, but it more outspoken about them. While Asher can be seen as quiet or uncaring at times, Abelia may be more assertive and aggressive. Despite their differences, Abelia still has the need to follow Asher's actions and commands due to the nature of their ability.

History:
Asher’s father was a military officer on tour in Japan when he met his soon to be wife. The two were relatively compatible, and soon after the two would move overseas to the land of red, white, and blue where they had their son.

It can be said that Asher grew up like a normal kid would. He was well taken care of, he once had a pet hamster, and his parents never abused him. While both of his parents raised him based on the traditions they grew up on, Asher was more so influenced by what was going on around him. With that said, things were pretty uneventful.

The first devastating event Asher faced was the death of his mother during high school. He didn’t know how to react to the event. For a while he was depressed and tried to quickly move on, but this only made things worse. Despite no longer appearing so, his mind is still mentally damaged by his loss.

Years later, after he had cooled and settled, Asher’s girlfriend of two years died of heart failure. Once again distraught, he looked for any kind of outlet for his pain. When failing to do so, he turned to the unthinkable. He studied the paranormal and supernatural, and even looked into magic. He would try to bring her back any way he could.

One day, Asher created a seal within a secluded and abandoned building where he attempted to revive his lost love. The seal shone and Asher was almost happy that he’d be able to once again see hos love in person once again. Unfortunately, the naked girl who appeared wasn’t her, but was a new being altogether.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Power 1: Triggering his ability, Asher can summon a being he’s dubbed Abelia. She has long blonde hair and sharp green eyes. She stands a little taller than him if not more and has a fit and somewhat built body. She doesn't need to sleep, although technically she still can. Though she tends not to speak and is a bit rough around the edges, she and Asher are both telepathically connected.

Power 2: Abelia is both a puppet and a summon. Aesthetically, the only thing she shares with living humans is her appearance. She is incredibly strong and quick and is able to surpass humans at their peak condition. She can lift an upwards of 6300 pounds, and can run an upwards to 35 mph. She is capable of using armed weapons and driving with proficiency. While not hollow, she is but a shell, and because of this doesn’t feel pain and can survive rational damages that would fell a normal person. She is capable of surviving the impacts of semi truck sized objects, and can usually take a few blows before disappearing for a few hours.

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: Abelia runs on a sort of HP system, and once she can no longer take any more hit, she vanishes just as she came. Her health is shared with her summoner, and because humans tend to be squishier than she is, more damage is taken is this way.

Weakness 2: The act of summoning Abelia puts strain onto Asher's body. Though temporary, he is still weakened as his body adjusts to having summoned Abelia.

Weakness 3: Asher must be in a conscious state of mind in order to summon Abelia. If he cannot concentrate or commit himself to the act, then she cannot be summoned.

RP Mechanics

RP Mechanic(s):
Asher requires a few seconds to summon Abelia. She will then be summoned near his vicinity if he is conscious or aware. She is a mix of a puppet and a summon and will act accordingly as an extension of Asher’s and her own will.
