Joining with Neon and Steel, since they all I got.
Neon's a renagade, because Neon's personality is always that way anyway.
Steel's a renegade because the way the Agency treats the "Bad guys" remind him too much of Nazi warfare.

The others will be advancing to Pt II soon so we can squeeze you in quickly to give you some idea as to what's going down, or you may wait until Part II is released at the conclusion of the threads.

Annie will be joining the Renegades. Seeing their brutality on Jeisen and learning of their supposed intentions reminds her of the pain she endured at the lab. She will fight for meta rights.
Nick, however, is a different story. Losing his brother in New York, he knows just how dangerous metahumans can be, and agrees that limitations should be placed. As such, he will be joining The Agency.
