Earth 4567- A world not so different from ours, save for one thing. The group Dominus lacking any sort of real nefarious agenda managed to actually curb metahuman crime and set up a way to deal with metahumans, and to prevent another New York. It has been seven years since the Dominus act passed and occasionally metahuman unrest rises, but nothing serious as of yet.
