How To Become Staff on SHRPG

So, I've had a few different sets of staff on SHRP before, and they were all wonderful people. Some chose to go, and some were cut due to inactivity.
But, a question I've seen before is "How do I become staff?"
Perhaps not that blunt, yet members have been curious.
So, here is a list of things I look for in a member of SHRP to qualify as staff.
And now here are the things that WON'T get you a staff position:

So, here is a list of things I look for in a member of SHRP to qualify as staff.
- Activity. Members that get on regularly and maintain a stable appearance on the board in and out of character.
- Experience. Both in RP and Leadership skills.
- Friendliness. Are you the hermit on the hill, or a happy individual?
- Devotion. This is just like activity; but are you truly devoted to SHRP?
- Helpful. Putting on your worker hat and digging up the rules and showing a new member around of the board, or just backing up a staff member in favor of the rules.
- Lastly, I look for people that seem to know what they're doing. It's just I'm picky, and have had a few staff members flake on me in past.
And now here are the things that WON'T get you a staff position:
- Asking to become staff.
- Claiming you deserve the position due to 'seniority' over a member. IE: A month old member gets modded while a year old member doesn't.
- Constantly arguing with staff.
- Bending the rules.
- Picking on other members.
- Claiming your opinion matters when it's clearly against the rules.
