History:
This is Yumo's cousin and he is a loyal servant of yumo's brother who with the cousins help found the means to kill their mother. Melret never liked Yumo but he never had a reason to fight him. His power always made Melret furious but Melret configured himself to have a similar power that he believes is far superior to Yumo's. Metal puppeteer is his name because he is the same as Yumo in the terms of ability.

By secreting cybernetic blood from his pores his is able to use it as a weapon. This blood is self replenishing and unlike yumo's blood can absorb solar/lunar energy and fire it off in various ways depending on the weapon chosen by Merlet.
