Harpoon's Spears

Sorry if I make any mistakes. I don't know a lot about item applications. Apparently because Harpoon's INT is 5 I can make 3 level 4 items and 1 level 5 item. Please tell me if I made any mistakes. These are all spears meant to be fired from Harpoon's Spear-gun.
Level 4
Electro Spear.
The Electro Spear's head contains an electric emitter. Once the spear strikes it's target, A brief electric shock is released. This electric discharge can be used for releasing a large electric shock to underwater enemies, or to overloading electronics. It's use as a lethal weapon is limited, as it is blunt, but its electrical discharge can knock out the average human.
Cryo Spear.
The Cryo Spear's shaft contains liquid nitrogen, and the head contains a spraying mechanism. A spray of liquid nitrogen is released in the general area when it hits it's target. This allows for immobilizing enemies, and creating a platform of ice on water. The tip is blunt, and pressure sensitive, allowing even contact with liquid to activate it.
Grappling Spear.
The Grappling Spear's head is a grappling hook. It is connected to the gun with an external wire, and can be reeled in from the gun itself. The grappling hook head can be opened and closed from the gun as well. This spear is useful for traveling from place to place. it can still be used as a lethal weapon, as its closed head is sharp.
Level 5
Flood Spear.
The Flood Spear has its head and shaft filled with water that is immensely compressed. This spear has a timer that can be set up to 10 minutes. The countdown is activated when the spear is fired from the gun. When the timer reaches 0, The water bursts out of the head. There is enough compressed water to fill up a small room. This spear head is also blunt, but it can be used for altering the environment to Harpoon's advantage.
