Personality: Leo has an ‘A’ type personality, thinking that the world revolves around him and that anything he does is a contribution. He is a very self-centered and thoroughly uncaring person. There have been only a few moments when he was even slightly caring to another person and that was towards his grandma. After her death he was never the same.

History: Leonardo comes from a wealthy background and a very strict one at that. His parents never let him do anything he wanted to, all they let him do was read. Unfortunately all they had for him were biology books, both parents being doctors. This led to his very deep understand of the human anatomy and his very distant approach to people he doesn’t know.

When his powers began to manifest he saw it as a way out of his then current life, his source of freedom if you will, and his parents. Not surprisingly his parents weren’t happy about being told what to do by a then thirteen year old boy, but it is as they say ‘dead men tell no tells.’ His parents’ dead and mansion burning he set out to find a new life. One that he felt would be better suited to him.

No less than a week after his departure did he realize that life on the streets was hard, so he started killing people to take their food. He’d simply move from one house to the next, city after city. This all stopped when a delusional man believed the now fourteen year old to be a ‘god’ and became his first follower. It wasn’t too long after that until he had a full blown cult at his every beck and call. That was when he felt he was truly living up to his potential.

Powers: Leonardo can control his own body on a subatomic level, something that not even he can do perfectly yet. This is mostly represented through his ability to heal from almost anything, anything limited to small amounts of damage being taken care of within an hour. He can also use this same control to mass produce anything already inside his body, such as iron and push it from his body, being able to make swords from his body. Anything too much will be more than he can handle though, when he push out blades he will bleed, sometimes a lot, so he has to try and keep the cuts small or he could pass out from blood loss. He has been known to shoot people rather than hurt himself.

I would recommend taking one out of INT and putting it in FS.

How complexly do you plan on using the mass production of things in your body? The stats for strength, speed, and endurance need to stay set with the power. Making swords and other items would be fine, but mass producing cells for quicker reflexes and generation of force would seem like a crutch mechanic to boost other stats.

Alright, I fixed the stats.

As far as the creating cells to increase strength or what have you, he won't be doing anything like that, he's a little bit too vain to believe that he needs it and I just, if it ever comes to this, planned on using it only if I got another experience point or something like that. But he won't be augmenting his powers like that, I promise.

I would say you should split your EP between your healing and sword making.
Even though they're applications of the same power I'd say they're different enough that they're different enough that you'll need to split.

If you really think that it should be split then they'll be split, I can be a team player, I promise. I would however like to state that I don't think they need to be split down the middle, maybe 2 for makeing swords and four to healing. Will that be okay?

You can split it up however you want. The only limitation people will give you is on regeneration. Healing within an hour makes it to where combat you are engaged in really will not be affected, so I would say 2 points on that regeneration.

Would it be better if I take two off EP, add one to FS, and one to STR and split the points on EP down the middle. Would that be better?

The way it is with the 4 EP attack looks good. Taking one point out of EP to put into FS or speed would be fine, but a 3 EP hits much more differently than a 4 EP. The difference between 3 and 4 is one of the biggest differences.

I read through this profile and I'm not really happy with it anymore, mostly the history. I'm fine with all the stat changes because I feel that all the changes suggested by the admin's was reasonable. So if this could be moved to the trash bin or something. I'm thinking about another character now. Thank you for your time.
