Question about the wind control. If you can send very powerful wind blasts, whats to stop you from shooting down and achieving flight? this seems very possible, if this is possible is considered flight and your powergrid is capped at 20 instead.
Also for future references, if you make a new character, dont make a powergrid, we the staff does it for you on request. Its not so much we dont trust you, We want to make sure its done right.

Sorry if I sounded like a dick. I'm just writing my 2cents on the topic now. Like Toby said, if you use the wind as an ability to fly, it should deduct 2 points from your grid. So as long as you don't pull any fancy(cheap) shit in your topics, your character shall be fine. History seems good, powers are good, everything checks out.
