Basil is a quiet and unnaturally calm boy. Witnessing event of supernatural origin, he has been seen showing no sign of particular emotion, be it fear, curiosity or anger. While this absence of emotions has been for a long time interpreted as a lack of will to live, it has been counter-proved that it is still his objective to survive. The fact that the young boy can see into the future may be the reason of his uninterest for his immediate safety, seen has he know that he will survive whatever awaits him. It his yet unclear, what is the attachment that he has with his two companions. He doesn't seem to resent them for it, but, he will not either help them avoid danger with his future sight. Although, it did happen that Basil help out slasher, by using his precognition to give him some clues, or pointing him some good opportunities. Contrasting his apparent unemotionalitty, he has been seen at several occasion, displaying a comportment comparable as that of a child, such as happiness when given a gift, sadness when witnessing the rain, or anger when facing opposition. Those emotions only last for a few second at best, before going back to his usual unemotional state.

Once a lone orphan roaming the street, Basil was not promised to a happy future. While he had a loving family, a warm home and a circle of friends, it is no longer the live he possess. Of this ancient life, only few memories remain. He was recently found by an expert in cybernetic who used Jim as a guinea-pig for his new expérimentés. It is however unknown if his actual power originate from the expérimental or were always here, waiting to be activated.

Precognition: Basil is able to see the differents probabilities and so, either witness upcoming events or determin what would one have to do in order to obtain what he want. It is however not omniscient, and Basil can only see events that concern people he know. The details of his predictions can greatly vary, being sometimes unnecessarily detailled or extremely vague.

Innexpressive: Following his modifications, Basil has stopped speaking, as well as adopted an outfit that covered him almost entirely and made him phisically unreadable. It make things difficult for those that tries to communicate with him.

Childish strengh: Being only a young child, Basil has displayed a physical strengh vastly inférior, compared to other children of the same age.

Tracer: Basil is unknowingly carrying a tracer inside his body. It was placed on him by the professor, as a measure of safety. The tracer being implented near his heart, it would take a long and cautious opération to take it of him.

Dr.Surge can be described as the ultimate fusion between chill and laziness. While he possess a vast interest to all that is linked to technological and biological technology, he doesn't make any efforts to pierce in those domains. The biggest flaws that he possess is his lack of patience and empathy with other people. It translate in a mindset that search the quickest way around a problem, even to the detriment of the people. He could be a dangerous man if it weren't for his lack of motivation, who most of the time isn't sufficient to do most of his chores. While Dr.Surge is always ready to cut corners, he refuse the use of I.A or sentient robot, due to event that has taken place in his youth. In this, he can be surprisingly responsable when it come to artificial life-form. To him creating a sentient being or a organic creature is as dire as having a child, in the way that if one is not careful he may come to regret his creations. One of his rare reasonable quote is "Creating a modified lifeform or an artificial intelligence is not the same has creating a gun. A gun can harm, destroy, kill but only due to his user whim. Every act that an artificial lifeform do is because of his choice and contrarly to a gun, he is aware of what he has done. Also you can stock a gun for how many years you want and it will never mind it, that can't be said for the other one".

Teddy Bingley, also known as the relaxed Dr.Surge, was born the 19 january of 1987. Son of the famed scientist, Miranda Bingley, Teddy never was able to connect with his mom. His mother contrarily to him, always worked with determination and efficiency onto everything she was related to, including her son. Teddy being a calm and somewhat placid child, disliked her frantic and overexcited behavior. Gradually a distance began to take form between the mother and the son. While Teddy possessed an affinity with scientific subject, he never really showed it in presence of his mother. Teddy ended up living as a young man in a small studio, where he continued his tinkering and scientific fumbling. Fueled by the desire of remaining indépendant and not rely on his mother, teddy started to do commission for different member of the Super community, his costumer base mainly composed of criminal, lowlife and megalomaniac. While he did set himself apart of the villain community he strangely ended up getting interested by the action of a common criminal named Mike. What started as a simple curiosity ended becoming a sens of relatability as they shared the same disregard for their action and a selfish tendency of putting their interests before those of others. When Mike suffered his crushing defeat by the hand of a freelance hero, Teddy was hesitant on what to do. Should he help this stranger simply because they shared some traits with one another ? In the end Teddy chose to help Mike as a form of respect and also as a business move , as to use him as a mean to test some of his prototypes on the field and to lessen his workload, as well as the time passed in his workshop. The two started an uneasy partnership, that, with the passing of time changed into an unlikely friendship.

Intellectual genius: Teddy is well versed in many type of scientific fields. While his speciality consist mostly on robotic development and high-tech armament, he is not limited only to that, as shown by his experiment on télékinésies or bio-engineering. But while he is know of those domaine, his area of expertise remain weapon armament.

Lazy: The lifestyle that Dr.Surge has adopted for several years, have made him far less fit and athletic than most people his age. He also have the habit of taking a nap every afternoon, lasting at least two hour.

Indoor man: Dr.Surge despise going outside as he do not feel the necessity of doing so. Since he can order food and component and has access to internet, he doesn't feel the need to actual leave his "villainous lair". The lack of varied human contacts has affected him, making him forgot most social etiquettes. This has also taken the form of a slight agoraphobia.


High-Tech Armory: The doc possess an varied assortment of weapons, going from laser rifles, plasma shotguns, gauss handguns and atomic grenades to anti-matter cannon.

Savant Lab: A lab possessing the necessary tool to invent and operate his different projects, as well as living quarter and a unlimited connexion to the world wide web.
