Causing Mayhem in Atlanta

Kira was wearing her black pants and knee high boots, a black tank top covering the top of her body. She was also carrying a backpack, which held her criminal outfit, something which she wanted to keep unseen for now. She wanted to have some fun in the city, and wrecking things was one of her best ideas for fun at the moment. Regardless, she was moving stealthily until she reached the major downtown area. Planned mayhem was always more fun than random mischief, especially when it involved the tearing down of large cities. Of course, she couldn't do large scale damage to the city itself, but causing substantial damage to the buildings and roads until massive numbers of cops or heroes showed up would need to do. Perhaps she'd even get to mess with the minds of some people while she was at it.

Her hair was whipping around in the wind, slender arms and legs showing an attractive female body. Many men would lose themselves seeing her, but she knew better than to let men dictate her actions. Walking along calmly and along, she would make her way toward the city center before causing any damage. Even then, she needed to change into her criminal outfit first. That was something that didn't prove too difficult though, especially since she could cut the power to camera's in whatever area she was in. 'I wonder how much damage I can cause before I need to leave, maybe enough to cause a multi-million dollar clean-up of the area. That would be interesting.'

Kira went into a small cafe on the edge of the heavy downtown area, wanting to change without being seen. She would walk in and go up to the counter to order a sandwich, not wanting to draw attention to herself if anybody made it out alive. Why would a girl go into the bathroom without ordering anything, and then have the city start falling apart. It was a logical question and one she would ask herself. Ordering a simple chicken cordon blue, she would sit down and wait for the order to come to her table.

Her red hair swayed in the breeze as she strutted down the street. She was sporting a black dress that stopped at the middle of her thighs and was cut at the waist by a black waist band. She had on a pair of black combat boots and a black fur jacket with a big purple dot on the back that was slightly noticeable with each swing of Helia's hair. She was sleeping on a pink lemonade smoothie which was in her hands that were covered by some black fingerless gloves.

"Such a peaceful day." She said as she looked at he happy people walking down the streets.

Her dad had once again dragged her to another business trip like he always does. She sighed as she began to enter the downtown area. This area was busier than all the others and yet it still seemed like nobody was here. Maybe it was because she didn't know a single person here. Or maybe it was just all the male stares she got.....and some females. Helia just rolled her eyes and when she finished her smoothie began to walk deeper into the downtown area.

"Ugh hopefully something fun happens soon." She commented Aaron she started her long trek down he street.

Once Kira had gotten her sandwich, she began to eat it a little. She wanted to have some finished before heading to the bathroom, and by the time she had only a few bites left and a small bit of a soda she got up to the bathroom. She dodged people and table as she made her way over, careful to avoid touching anybody or anything. Using her wrist bands, she pushed down on the handle to the door and then pushed it shut with her foot. Kira walked straight into a middle stall before changing into her criminal costume, sliding into the skintight jumpsuit and zipping up the back. She pulled on her gloves and boots before putting on the face mask and pulling the hair over the back of it. There was no trace as to who she was right now, and that is just the way she liked it.

Kira threw on her backpack before blasting a hole in the side of the cafe with her lightning. It left a gaping hole in the wall, causing the exact kind of destruction she was hoping to cause on a larger scale. She ran outside, looking all around the area. It was time to rain down destruction, and this was the perfect place to do it. She exited the alley that the bathroom led out into and then fired a burst of black lightning into the ground in front of her, leading all the way to the park across the street.

She continued to bring down blasts of lightning, targeting building close-by and leveling some of the smaller ones. The larger ones had top floors blasted apart and the street was getting ripped to shreds. Cars stopped dead in their tracks, and most turned around. Nearly everybody was running away from this explosions and there were people flooding out of buildings as if they were sinking ships, and the ground a lifeboat. Either was wasn't safe, but some were escaping her blasts of lethal to human lightning. She smiled with an evil sense of accomplishment, knowing that this was what she really found to be fun.

As Helia walked down the street a huge explosion went off and the ground began to tremble randomly. It was as if her prayers for fun had been heard and answered. She brushed past all the people as adrenaline filled her body. She hasn't been in a fight since when she met the awesome squad some time ago. The air around her chilled as she began to sing. Everyone around stopped and stared and people by the initial explosion site slowed to a stop as they listened to the echo of the sad yet happy melody. When it stopped it was an unnatural silence as earth crashed onto earth, then a fog rolled in and everything about Helia's attire changed.

"Time to meet the new kid." She said with a smile hen let the fog jet past her grabbing her as it rushed into the target.

Seeing a fog come toward her, Kira created a large dome of black lightning, rushing out from her location and encompassing an area of fifty feet. 'Could a super hero be coming already to stop my fun? This is almost sad, at least that barrier should hold them back for a little while.' Kira would begin to gather large amounts of lightning, readying to fire it right at the fog should she see something. If she didn't, she would fire it off in prongs, reaching to the end of her dome and hitting a large area in front of her.

"It will not be easy to stop me." Kira spoke with authority, truly believing that whoever this was would not be able to do much to stop her. Power had conceited her, which was why she didn't hold high regard for human life or the laws of society. She cared only about herself and having fun.

If the fog would not dissipate, Kira would coat her arms with the black lightning, preparing to start attacking whoever it was with her body if need be. Her fighting skills were substantial, and Kira knew that she was no pushover in a hand-to-hand fight. Especially when she had lightning to augment her physical strength.

As Helia closed in on the culprit a dome of black appeared to protect her. At first Helia was about to dive at it head first but her arms started to tingle as she moved in. She cursed under her breathe and used her fog to thrust her upwards. The sky bathed her in light as she flipped in he air to angle herself properly. She raised her hands and a wave of metallic mist rose from he ground. She pointed tks the black dome and tendrils shut towards it aiming to brush off of it and touch the ground.

"Never said you were gonna be." Helia responded to the girls taunts.

"But please don't make this fight too easy." She called.

Kira couldn't see the fog, it seemed that the barrier had held this girl out for now. In moments though, she had somehow used her fog to weasel through the barrier she had created. Not that it mattered to Kira, she would be prepared to launch lightning bolts now. Instead of continuing to coat her arms in the lightning, she sent it speeding toward whoever this girl was that opposed her.

Kira looked at her, the girl's red hair was long, she had a decent body, and wore a rather small uniform for fighting crime. Still though, Kira found it interesting and wanted to mess with this girl a little bit. In a "Come on whoever you are, you look like fun. Come over here and make me stop." Kira would say with a voice that sounded almost like she was trying to get this girl to do something. This was only a half-truth though, Kira was more flirting with her than anything else right now.

Kira would prepare some more lightning, and once again coat her arms in it. She prepared herself for hand-to-hand combat and wanted to come out on top in this exchange. Even if she had to use underhanded tricks to do that.

Helia swung under a few tendrils of fog as she used hem as lightning rods. She finally landed on the ground and began to run for it. She jumped a few cars as she dodged the lightning then he last one she used her fog to push into the air. It whistled as he wind bounced off of it. Helia smiled playfully at he girl then waved her hand to tell the girl to do better. She swung her hair back and crossed her arms while forming a position of waiting.

"I know u can do better."

Kira watched as whoever this girl was dodged her lightning, she used the fog as lightning rods to channel the lightning and prevent it from hitting her. Now, Kira would use hand-to-hand against whoever this was and hope that would be more effective in combating her. Running at her top speed, nearly forty miles per hour, Kira was a blur to most humans and was hoping to catch this girl off guard. She coated her legs in the lightning also, swinging it at this girl vertically and then throwing an open palm thrust at her sternum.

As the electricity cracked over her body, Kira continued to watch this hero as she seemed to want to be attacked. She had prompted Kira to do better, but Kira doubted that this is what she thought would happen. Moving with decent speed and attacking with accuracy and skill that even masters would have difficult achieving. She was no push-over in a fight, and would do her best to win.

Helia wasn't expecting the girls speed but she was far enough away from her to react quickly before getting hit. Her fog rushed between the two girls and created a dome like shield. At first contact the shield held but then a foot lashed across her face and a fist appeared and hit her just below her sternum. Helia flew out of the dome and into a car with a good bit of pain. Some of the lightning lost it's charged but enough was left to leave helia with two burn marks on her skin and a hole in her suit.

"That hurt....now let me pay you return the favor." Helia growled in anger.

"Nerfram animal chaos." She said in a serious tone.

There was a low hum as the fog thickened and began to morph and shake violently. After a second animals were next to helia and they all began to charge the girl. Helia was deep in the middle of the very diverse stampede as she attempted to round house the girl hard in her face.

Kira smirked when she saw that the girl had been hit by her attacks. It looked like they had given her some damage, and it seemed to make the girl angry. There was a hole in her suit and burn marks on her skin, the lightning had done its job. She flew out of the dome of black lighting because of the palm thrust, and Kira almost winced as she guessed at what kind of pain this girl must be feeling from that. Still, she found it enticing that she was enraged now, and hoped that attacking her wouldn't prove to be too difficult.

As the girl mentioned returning the favor of pain, Kira was about to laugh until some constructs of the fog were formed and coming straight at her. Kira was able to dodge them all, throwing lightning to try and dissipate them. The girl however was not going to be evaded so easily. Kira was busy dodging and attacking the fog constructs, she had no time to dodge this hero. She was in the air, so the kick hit her in the side, but it was still quite strong. She was sent through her own dome of black lightning, grinning as she was.

For this girl to get to Kira, she'd have to run through the barrier, and that was something that would likely hurt. Of course, it could be avoided if she did the same as she did last time. That seemed the most likely to Kira, and so she would form lightning around her arms and legs again. Preparing to fight hand-to-hand, her specialty. Extensive skill in fighting meant that she was exceptional in close-combat. This was no exception.

The girl flew back into a dome of dark lightning. Helia looked at the dome for a few seconds then used the animals to attack it and morph into spears and chains to connect the metal substance to the ground weakening it a little she had hoped. Instead of heading into the dome guns blazing she decided to take a different approach. She raised her hand and two streams of fog rushed into the air and twisted around each other forming what seemed like a very powerful drill. The streams in of themselves were spinning so the damage should be great if the blow made contact. She swung her hand down and the drill fell down towards the top of the black dome. If helia's assumption was correct from earlier then the girl can't see out the dome of lightning so this attack would be a total surprise if it broke through. The only sign that could be heard of the drill closing in was the constant shaking noise as If a snake was sliding on sand. Helia also decided to jump into a layer of fog behind her which slid over her like a dress for a bride. The dress blew in the wind like smoke but quickly reformed when the wind would stop.

Kira heard the drill coming down, but wasn't sure what it could be. A noise like that was odd, normally there would be nothing like it, so she didn't assume anything was wrong. That was until the drill pierced the top of her dome, at which point she sent it out in all directions, dispersing it and likely causing some damage to most things around it. The drill would likely take some minor damage, but she didn't expect it to fall apart. She did start running at the girl though, throwing her arm toward her along with a bolt of black lightning.

"Why don't you tell me your name? I'll tell you mine and we can all have more fun." Kira spoke with a fun tone, obviously playing with this girl more than a regular person would. After all, it was her way. She loved having fun, everything she did was for fun. When she committed crimes, it was no different except that it was more dangerous. Still though, this girl seemed to be far too serious. Kira wanted her to take it a little easier, not be so high-strung and focused.

Kira would change her offensive tactic this time, when she got close there would be a fist to her opponents side. She didn't want to only attack in one place, and felt that a kick would be too violent when she really wanted to see what this girl was like. It wouldn't be fun if she hurt somebody that she could mess around with, especially if they would be a consistent person to mess around with.

Helia used her fog and intercepted the girls attack. A thin sheet of fog kept most of the electricity off the girls hit so it wasn't as bad as it could've been. When the hit connected Helia was shocked at the blow but it wasn't that bad. Instead of stumbling backwards Helia latched onto the girls arm.

"The name is illianis." Helia called as she began to attempt to
slam the girl onto the car behind her.

Kira felt her hand slam the girl's side, but could also feel as their two abilities nearly negated each other. The hit against this girl was weak in comparison to what it should have been, and allowed for this girl to latch onto her arm. Kira got a name from this girl though, as Illianis attempted to push her into a car behind her. At this point though, Kira could feel that there wasn't much difference between the level of physical strength they possessed. Twisting, Kira flipped while grabbing Illianis' arm and then attempted to flip her to the ground. While she was doing this, she spoke in a playful tone. "Well, my name is Kokurai. Let's keep this going a little while longer."

After Kira had made her attack, she would release Illianis. If the attack worked, Kira would back off and if not, she would take up an open offensive stance. She wanted a stance that allowed her ease of movement, while giving her the opportunity to see any attacks coming.
