Title: Brain washed Cyborg/Android.
Alignment: Chaotic Good. This may change if someone re-programmed him.
Age: 25. However in his own eyes he's about 3 weeks old.
Gender: Male figure, but his genitalia has been replaced by metallic dermal armour.
Race: African American - Cyborg.
Hair: Short brown buzz cut.
Eyes: One brown, the other emissive blue.
Height: 8.4"
Weight: 350lbs.
Blood type: A-

The Legacy

Personality: W.E.A.P.O.N has been programmed to be obedient to Saileyra and any one else who she tells him to be obedient too. His personality often changes to suit the situation or the person that he is talking to. He is loyal to O.C.E.A.N but this is only due to programming, his alignment is completely vulnerable to hackers. It may also adapt for certain people, as his power lets him know how they react to certain things due to hacking their internet history etc. He has been programmed to call Saileyra 'Mother, Mommy, Mom or Matriarch'.

History:

It was horrible. The accident.

Not just the physical damage it did to Oscar, but the emotional devastation the news of the young athlete's 'death' to his parents after a Super villain attack on New York. However, this was not all true. Of course, the destruction had nearly entirely devastated Oscar's body, he still had hope. A woman, a genius, who had taken pity on him took his body from the scene, and too her own facility.
She placed his body in a containment tube, filled with soothing fluid, and breathing apparatus over his mouth. As time went on, the woman brought countless people to see him, Psionicsts, Machinists, Therapists, Doctors, all intended to do the same thing. Try and find a way to create a super weapon, for this groups latest science project "Operation Nemesis.". It took months, upon months to develop the machinery required to make this machine, this weapon. What a perfect name... She got her top men to create a Mnemonic of sorts with those letters.

More and more tests were done, before they finally attempted to wake him. But before they did so, she requested that they do something for her. Programme it to recognize her facial features and refer to her as Mother. The robot was complete, and it would be called her baby... Her Weapon.

He was, truely beautiful.
The titanic 8 foot figure of the robot stood tall, it's chrome body glowing in the labotory light. She run her hand on the monster's chest, and simply whispered...
"Activate."

The next few months were spent downloading scenarios into his mind, and teaching it strategies in order to defeat people or use the powers that it emulates.

This W.E.A.P.O.N is going to win O.C.E.A.N this war....

The Powers

Power 1: Weapon Nexus - W.E.A.P.O.N's arm is capable of changing into various forms of weaponry. They will be elaborated on in the items section.

Power 2: DNA Mimicking Nano machine prototypes.

W.E.A.P.O.N is capable of assimilating the DNA of meta-humans in the form of microscopic nano machines within his body, which are capable of mimicking one of the abilities that the aforementioned metahuman had. He stores their DNA in a database, and to add more to this Database he must make skin on metal contact with a meta-human. [May only use one ability per topic.]

Power 3: Cyber mind: W.E.A.P.O.N's mind is a super computer, with wireless routers built in allowing his mind to scan people, and search them on the internet creating a list of information about them. This may assist in social interactions as he may find out their hobbies from their internet footprint and use this to manipulate them. This also allows him to hi-jack machinery and control it with his mind via sending out signals from his wireless router. He can also communicate with computers in such a way. The communication with machines is limited to about a street, unless he is mimicking a technopath.

The weaponized body has way too many attachments. You'd have to make them all items and the power be a focal point for their use.

Occult cannot be mimicked as a power. No stat can reach a number higher than what's placed into the mimicry power.

You also need to specify which power costs which number of points in the grid.
