Chao's Power Gloves

Name: Chaos Gloves
Abilities: These gloves allows Cassidy to charge up his attack power to his punches. The gloves also allow Cassidy to cling to hard surfaces, mostly metal.
Description Cassidy created the gloves a couple months after the large incident after the lab he lived got destroyed. Using ordinary gloves, he found and constructed a way to fuse static electricity into the gloves (by studying the theory of electromagnetism). He also found a way to allow static electricity to constantly build up in the gloves, despite the weather (which could have become a problem).

Abilities: Same abilities for the gloves, and the shoes also allow Cassidy to balance more. The shoes are also incredibly light, allowing Cassidy to land gracefully and silently to the floor no matter the distance.

Neither the gloves nor shoes allow you to both deal extra damage and have additional effects.Also anything 3 and under is a mundane item and will have no special effects.
