Personality:
Eve is very serious about everything she does. She’s not the kind of girl to waste time cracking jokes or doing unnecessary things. Everything has to be exact and precise to her, or else she believes it will never work. She is a very calculative person in general, and prefers to put her trust in numbers and facts, rather than word of mouth. She is hardly ever trusting of people, and will always be rather sceptical of everyone at first. She is, however, caring of those who she has grown acquainted to. Eve also will not stand for insults targeted to her, though she will not lash out, you can be sure that person will be on her blacklist for quite some time.

History:

Eve was born and raised in London, England. Most of her childhood was spent having to deal with female stereotypes that she never liked. Apparently, not liking the company of people was ‘unladylike’ and ‘unbefitting of a young lady’. Eve just didn’t like having to deal with people. Sure, she liked wearing dressed on occasion, and doing her hair sometimes, but she just hated being told what she had to be.

Her older brother had always been allowed to go to Tae Kwon Do lessons and kickboxing lessons, which Eve was incredibly jealous of. After weeks of complaining and whining, her parents finally let her join her brother in the lessons. Turns out, she was a natural when it came to learning the different moves and techniques. She had absolutely no problem earning her black belt and earning countless medals and trophies in Tae Kwon Do competitions.

When she was 13, she discovered her innate ability to make rooms colder when she entered them. She had no clue what it was all about, but her parents never really paid any mind to it. Eve herself just decided it was no big deal and just went through her life without caring much for it. Sure, people always complained that it sucked to be in a room with her for it was always cold, but Eve really didn’t care about what other people thought.

At 17, she left home to go to Los Angeles for University. While she studied, she couldn’t help but feel as if she was meant for more than just biochemistry and nuclear physics. She still continued her martial arts/fighting training and decided that she might as well put her skills into good use. She moved to Chicago after graduating at 20, seeing as it was known for its high crime rates. She took on the hero name ‘Shiver’ and dressed like one of those old timey heroes. Her goal is to bring justice and stop crime while staying within the law and without the collateral damage most heroes seem to bring.

The Powers

Cold Aura: The ability to emit a cold aura that causes the temperature in her immediate surroundings to drop, either by slight amounts to pretty substantial amounts. This power is not constantly active. The larger the area, the longer it takes for the temperature to fall. This power thrives in small, enclosed areas where the cold can spread incredibly quickly. The maximum (or minimum) temperature she can drop her surroundings to is 5ºC, This can vary depending on the current temperature in the area itself. She can drop temperatures by about 20ºC, give or take a few degrees.

Aura powers are iffy, even if they're able to be turned 'off.'

The way you've explained this power, however, seems all right in my opinion.
