Dog Eat Dog World

So I want to get Shadow Wolf started up so I don't end up neglecting him after fixing him up for the new point system. I'll try and sum him up quickly; Shadow Wolf though he isn't human technically isn't an alien either. His race lives in Antarctica well hidden from the rest of the world. He relies on speed and agility to assault his opponent with a flurry of attacks. He's pretty naive, and though he's been living among humans for a while now he still doesn't understand much of their culture. He also tries to wear his mask and hide his face as much as possible. This is because most other heroes and villains find it very hard to take him seriously, or see him as intimidating once they know what he looks like. Anyway, the idea I had was this:

After fighting the usual thugs and weaker powered villains Shadow Wolf has gotten some self confidence and maybe a little cockiness. He's ready to take down a big time villain; but what he doesn't realize is this is a dog eat dog world, and in the big leagues villains will do whatever it takes to ensure their ventures go unhindered.

I'm looking for a tough villain, someone ruthless and could take Wolf down with ease. Here is where it can go two different ways. If I get heroes interested then Wolf will get the aid of other heroes and probably defeat the villain. However, if it ends up a 1-on-1 with a powerful villain he's going to be learning a painful lesson.
