Title:"Stupid cat" (a fightining word)

Costume Description/Image:just black shorts and short sleveed black shirt.
Personality:a funny guy. He is immature and will do anything for his freind. which is his weakness.
History:Jr was playing in the middle of his carpet when he heard people working in his garage. he was ten at the time. He went into the garage and saw a slice of pizza. he ran to it and ate hit. When all of a sudden a tube covered him and it made him have super powers. The power to heal after 3 min (Three posts.) and make him more flexible. He also got gloves that generates laser claws that can clean cut anything.Any way he then saw how a guy just all of a sudden rip through the roof. Half white half black. He went straight to J.R. parents and choked them both to death.Why? Cause J.R.'s parents was the best inventors in the world and they must have been killed.Jr tried to fight but ended up beaten up half way to death. thats when he promised himself to become a hero and find the guy and beat him up.
Powers:Can heal and has laser claws.
Power Grid: (You have 22 points to spend on your Power Grid unless you can fly, in which case you have 20. Each stat can start at 6, not 7. 7 must be earned.)

Roleplay Sample: "Im sooooo bored" Shaunic said sitting on top of a building roof. he then got up and siad "Well i guess i better go visit my parents or they will freak if i dont." he then got up when two muggers came out of nowhere. "Give us all you money" One said. J.R. ran to one and punched him and then he got on his shoulders and kicked the other. He then put his hands out and laser claws came out of his claws. he then just cut one of the peoples legs and punched the other in the eye. "Cant I go one day without fighting somebody?" He said while he walked to his family's house.

One: I don't know if your a good guy or a bad guy.
Two: You have to have INT to work your claws or use EP for that.
Three: You should probably expand everything about this app.

To rephrase #2, you need 4+ INT to use the energy claws, or have the same amount of EP

What exactly do you mean by flexible as a superpower? That should take at least one EP of it's own or you should up your FS to cover it. Also, you should explain your power more.

I take it you are making the Laser Claw powered by your four INT and that the healing simply uses your EP. Approved.
