New EP split.

Energy Projection now has multiple spots on the grid.
So instead of being forced to split a few points between two powers, each power now gets its own set of points.
For example, let's say I wanted to make a fire manipulator that also has a slight healing factor.
His grid would look something like this:
INT: 3
STR: 3
SPD: 2
DUR: 2
EP 1: 6 (manipulation)
EP 2: 3 (healing)
FS: 3
See how that works?

No; they are separate and you have to spend points for both bars as a total.

It makes since, opens up a lot of possiblities for other characters. It will help control characters such for example green lantern types, who power is so broad it would be hard to make since using the power grid.
I like it and its a great addition, maybe something of the same can be done with reaction time. I know FS covers that but you can be a awesome fighter but not have superhuman reaction time, (example Batman, a normal man, can not react like the Flash, who for him seconds are lifetimes.

Does this apply to older-ish characters? I just got approved, but i couldnt spend my points beyond Energy Projections and a little healing
