Enforcers Empty Enforcers

Post by Havok April 2nd 2011, 3:37 pm

This is a list of the different robots that Havok uses to enforce his will (Hence the name Enforcer). Each enforcer has no emotions, no thoughts and can only do the bidding of Havok. They are the most used and effective weapons in Havok's arsenal. Special Enforcers are only to be used in Quests or for certain kinds of Rps.

Name: Enforcer
Height: 6ft
Weight: 400lbs

Purpose: Enforcers are the foot soldiers and guards of Havok. They follow the will of Havok without question, hesitation or even thought. They have almost no real intelligence and without instruction, can't do anything. Infact, the only thing they can do that involves any intelligence at all is their ability to understand and follow orders. They also cannot identify threats very well and may attack an enemy head on, even if that enemy is far more powerful.

Additional Information: Due to the mass production of Enforcers, Havok found the need to make them out of inferior metal alloys and components. This allows them to be stationed in large numbers in each of Havok's bases all across the planet. It also makes them expendable enough that he could spare hundreds of them for utterly useless causes and remain completely unaffected by it for the rest of his days. EMPs and electricity are very effective against them and they can be stunned for about ten seconds if hit directly.

Powers: Enforcers can fire energy blasts from their left hands. These blasts pack significantly more force than conventional firearms and can shatter stone upon impact. Their rate of fire is about equal to that of the average semi-automatic rifle. Damaging the left arm of an Enforcer enough can lead to exposive results as it's entire left arm could come off.

Special Enforcers

Name: Heavy Enforcer
Height: 7ft
Weight: 600lbs

Purpose: Heavy Enforcers are Havok's muscle. They are specially made to combat the much more physically intimidating heroes and renegades that would oppose Havok. These kinds of Enforcers are just as unintelligent as the standard ones.

Additional Information: Unlike standard Enforcers, Heavy Enforcers are built from stronger and more costly materials. Due to the inreased cost of the materials needed to create them, these robots are more scarce and are only used for special missions. Another difference between them and normal Enforcers is that they are less susceptible to EMPs. If affected by an EMP they only remain frozen for about three seconds before going back to normal. Open electricity doesn't really affect them much more than it would anything else and the only way it can do more is if it struck some exposed inner components.

Powers: These Enforcers have the unique and powerful ability to absorb kinetic energy and blast it out in a mild shockwave throughout it's entire body. This means that if one gets punched, the power from that punch gets reduced significantly and less damage is dealt. The main flaw to this is that it doesn't defend from grabs or being crushed.

These are good to go, just one thing, I suggest raising the EP power of the Enforcer. With 2 EP, his energy blasts will do nothing but tickle Pain at best.
