Costume Description/Image: Metal body; a bronze dye by choice. The eyes are a bright blue. In the palm of the metal hands are three blue lights, that can be used to fire lasers at people. Usually carries around a blue-energy mechanical sword. Wires often hang from the elbows, although they are unimportant.

Personality: Dark, malevolent, uncaring, cruel, and narcissistic. He thinks very highly of himself, and generally completely disregards all life. He cares about nobody and will bow before no other, unless it was a part of his ambition that required he to serve a leader. He absolutely hates those that try and out shine him, and does not appreciate the presence of a Hero. His one and only fear is death itself, for he has yet fulfilled his purpose in his eyes. He never gets attached to one individual, or close in any way. He does terrorize with others at his side, but does not tolerate being given orders. He, of coarse, is the smart type.

History:

Birth

Born to two scientist, the mother of which had recently accidentally spilled radioactive material all over herself. This was before John was born. The material was a mix of Uranium and some DNA found on the bones of an ancient organism they thought to be a dinosaur. They were wrong.

Childhood

As a young child, he was tested for his IQ. Ranking off the charts, beyond that of any normal human, he was quickly tested for any defects. And there it was, the proof of what his mother had done. The chemicals radically effected his growth, furthering his brain size and therefore his capacity for knowledge. Growing up, he was always told he was to be a great man one day. He thought so too, considering that he had the intelligence of a full grown adult at 10 years old. His childhood was not much; he was a loner due to his extreme intelligence, and didn't understand children. They always bullied him and were so stupid, in his thoughts. He easily dwarfed them all in any school test, scoring a 100% every time. Obviously he was gifted, so at his young age he was put in gifted classes, and at 12 he was in high-school.

As a young man, he took advanced robotics classes and engineering. In his young age, he was very interested in robots and energy-based weaponry. At the turn of teenage-hood, he built his own laser. It was an amazing accomplishment for his age, for the advanced steps to make such a thing. He also made a little remote control vehicle, and a robotic hand. His parents were very proud of him, and this certainly proved his capability in the science fields.

Teenagehood

In high school, he quickly gained scholarships for Harvard college. Always scoring perfect on everything, he was a perfect candidate for an inventor and scientist. The year was 1985 when he graduated high school early, at only age 15. He got a diploma in robotics, biology, engineering and technology. From there, he went to Harvard college to become a robotics engineer and an inventor.

Adulthood

Living a fairly rich life from then on, he became a successful scientist and inventor with his own laboratory under the Patomac river in DC, with a full inventory and some of his own robots for help. Paid by the government to supply them with energy-based weapons and robotics, he became a wealthy man. He was a very happy man, but with no love-life. He was too intelligent for any normal relationship.

This all changed (except being a loner) when his family was brutally murdered by some angry hippies. Outraged, he went insane with grief for his loving parents, and in his anger he transformed inside of the college. He turned into a huge, hulking beast, tearing his way from the school. Out of control, he ran out into a city and caused major damage, but being hit by a tank and multiple soldiers, he was crippled. Shrinking down to normal size, he fell from the top of a building and into a dumpster in an alley.

Crawling, in agony, out of the area, he crawled into a nearby warehouse where he found some broken wheels and a chair. He built himself a wheel chair, and quickly made his way home. There, he quickly gathered his stuff and ate some food before leaving, which happened to be poisoned by angry hippies who had thought John was doing experiments with nature. Poisoned and dieing, he needed to think quickly. Making his way to his secret laboratory in Washington D.C., under the Patomac river, he began to construct a cyborg - one that could hold a brain within it and his own life. Amplifying its power with plasma energy and an internal laser power source, he had the available robots construct the metal plates together.

It took several weeks, but when he finished this robot, he was already dieing of this poison. His veins were black, and his eyes red. He didn't know the poison, but he knew that ever since he was poisoned he felt pain. The head of the cyborg open for the brain transplant, he put himself to sleep. Removing his brain with a medical robot he constructed and having it inserted in the cyborg, his experiment was a success and he then became a cyborg - a human-machine hybrid. He had full control of the robotic body, and no longer was held back by Human traits. He was much, much faster with his new joints, able to run across states in only an hour or shorter, and was more durable than normal with the metal. Not only that, but he could fire lasers from his hands.

In his new body, he no longer was crippled. He could use his legs to its full extent. Disposing of his body, he invented a laser-based sword for melee use on undeserving mortals, at his will. Angry at the world for his now altered future and horrid past, he began taking innocent lives in any place for revenge. He especially hated happiness, so technically his worst enemies were hippies. He no longer had a normal life; he now lived as a maniacal cyborg who killed for a living. Who had great technology. And a twisted mind, with that.

Powers: The ability to morph into a large, green monster with black, strange exoskeleton properties. In this form his endurance and strength is much higher, while his speed shrinks along with his intelligence.

Elaborate.

A powerful transformation triggers the mutation that occurred in his brain and his brain overgrows his mechanical parts and turns him into a fleshy monster.

Okay with that fix, it seems fine. When you go monster mode logical thinking goes out and you can hardly tell friend from foe, only react to dangerous threats. Other than that the character is fine.

The rule is like that so that people can't make super geniuses that can just transform quickly into a creature with slightly lower intelligence with better strength, durability, or speed. Its the same thing with fighting skills.

Firing lazers from the suit is fine with your intelligence. If you have anymore suit designs you can make an item app.
