Sitting on a rooftop ledge, kicking her legs, is Ms. Delirium, reading the letter.
Ms. D: Well, looks like I know what I'm gonna do today. (balls up the letter, tosses it over her shoulder and stands up, stretching) Always stretch before and after you exercise kids. It's very important. But the writers always leave that out. (sighs and leaps down from the rooftop and onto another)
Ms. D makes her way to Time Square, jumping from rooftop to rooftop.
Ms. D: Armored CAR? That thing's more like an armored BUS. I wonder what's in it...(looks around then sneaks up behind it) Hm. That's a pretty tough lookin' lock. (Starts zipping through for the combination when she hears footsteps from atop the vehicle) Wuh-oh.

I require assistance. I have made sure to send this to the most capable of "Freelance Heroes" I could. You will see an armored car in Time Square. That is where you will recieve your task in the fullest of detail. You will be rewarded handsomly for lending me your assistance, of course. A teen boy leaped from the top of the vehicle landing behind her swiftly. He looked at her through his goggles with a grin on his face.
"Stop there you...hey your a girl." Sonic Kid almost declared dramatically. She seemed to be wearing a strange get up. Was she from a circus?
"Er.. I meant. You criminal... oh just get away from the truck!" He demanded upset that his speech had been thrown off.

"Alright! I'm Sonic Kid, and I'm going to stop you!" He declared dramatically. He glanced around and smirked on seeing some twine. He leaped into the air landing by it and grabbed it. His hands swiftly tied one end to the back of a truck and he looked back to her grinning as he charged forward unwinding the roll of twine ready to race by her.
