Name:Devil Sonic cannon.
Abilities:A gun that can fit under a simple cloak and when raised the inner circle spin's pulling in sound waves before unleashing a sonic boom that if hit's can shatter bone and ear drums and even missed can cause dizzines and woozieness.

I don't like all the weapons this guy is getting, all of these weapons and their abilities allow you to have all the powers of many supers.

There tech weapons and they have ammo unlike supers who can use them whenever.and besides there future tech there going to be more advanced.
