Name:Lazer chains.
Ability:These are just normal chains that have been reinforced so they can be enveloped with laser energy.Lazer uses these to strike out at distances with a solid weapon.10 feet long on each and can be fitted around the arm to be out of the way. one on each arm.
Description: Lazers chains. Massive_ghost_rider_chain_whip

Instead of holding them the handle end had been made longer to wrap around the wrist and lock in.

How exactly does a handle wrap around one's wrist and lock in?

Well you just remove the handle and keep the chain and it locks around the wrist with a chain link.
