Brice is a gentle soul  with an outgoing personality.  He is quick to make friends and easy going. Loves a good laugh and good food. From an early age he has looked up to heroes and has a strong sense of justice. As soon as his powers manifested Brice knew he had to find a way to use them to help people.
However, his love for justice can make him quick to judge and stubborn. He takes failure hard and finds it hard to talk about his own mistakes or hardships.


Brice's father and grandparents  are Ojibwe(more commonly called Chippewa in the U.S.) Native Americans who grew up on a reservation in north Dakota. His father moved away from the reservation for work reasons long before Brice was born but the family would often return for visits. Some of Brice's fondest childhood memories are his grandfathers recollections, vivid tales and oral history of the Chippewa people.  Most especially his tales of the Thunderbirds created to fight the to fight other  spirits and punish wicked humans.

Telepathy{
Shared sight- the ability to enter another beings mind and see through their eyes. Thunderbird can only do this with humans mammals, and avians. Anything else he finds too jarring to try due to the difference in physiology. Brice cannot hear or feel the thoughts of others during this power because it's a more surface level connection.

memory reading-If said being is willing then a memory can be shown to brice and he will  view it from their eyes. Feelings and emotions associated with the memory will be felt but Brice cannot hear thoughts during this power either.

Electric blasts - Thunderbird can emit short-range electric blasts from his  hands. A bit like a human taser. The blasts could be damaging if they are used on a person with a weak heart but are usually have the effect of a stunning discomfort.

telekinetic flight/levitation-  The ability to levitate himself, requires a modicum of concentration.


telepathy based weaknesses-
thunderbird can only use his powers of shard sight if the being he wants to share eyes with is within his own sight. Once connected the further the other being is from him the weaker the connection. He is unable to maintain a connection of 3 miles or more. further more he cannot control where or what that being does.

In order to preform a memory reading he must be much closer to the subject and they have to consciously or subconsciously want to show him the memory. During the memory he can only see and hear what they heard at the time. He is also at the mercy of their emotions during that time trauma included. viewing the memory might take some time, during which both he and the subject are vulnerable.
Due to the concentration required thunderbird cannot preform either of these powers while in flight.

Electric blast weaknesses-
Because the generation of the electricity emits primarily from his forearms and hands, a non-conductive material such as rubber gloves would be almost comically effective at stopping the blasts. One would need only to successfully immobalize him long enough to slip them on and bind him in such a way as he can't take them off. akin to a rubber straight jacket.

Human mortality-
Aside from a resistance to electricity thunderbird is still a human and can be hurt by anything that would hurt a human. drowning, force damage, extreme temperatures, the whole she-bang.
