Language 2: Swearing is generally permitted. However, the language cannot be used to severely abuse.
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Character Ideas Empty Character Ideas

I have put this forum up for those of you who cannot come up with an original idea

These characters are free to use
If you want to use one of these characters you must

1st: Apply here with the name of the character topic and wait for approval, once you are approved you can them copy and paste the character information into your own topic in the Hero/Villain Creation

2nd: These characters are of the design of their makers, which means that the creator has full right to take back any character and also has the right to deny you the authority to change character information, although the more you use the character the less likely it is for you to get it taken away, If you would like to change any aspects of the character you must apply for the ability to change, this is separate from normal approval

The person who made the character is the only person who can give the right to use and change the character
