Red Tide Safe House

Base Name: Usually referred to as just the safehouse or the lab
Purpose: To keep red tide and his allies safe
Location: the non rebuilt part of new york city
Apperance:A Run down half destroyed building with three floors. first floor is used for lucius's lab with all his chemicals and gear, second is for cooking and bathrooms and third is for sleeping for his team. some rooms are not used because they are destroyed/broken beyond repair.
History: An abandon building lucius set up his lab in to use as a base of operations.
Wealth: 1 (i don't no if i can have this but i figured because it's so crappy i could possibly have it, plus he didn't really pay for it.)
