Personality: He's a very shy but power metahuman with abilities like that of a werewolf. He gets nervous around large crowds of people he doesn't know, but once you know him he opens up and become very friendly.
History: Reggie got his powers from his parents. His mother was a metahuman with a healing ability and his father was a werewolf who was recreited by the government where he would be a part of tests that were to cure his Lycanthropy.
As Blackwolf he uses his powers to act as a silent guard of the night.

Personality and History need to be expanded on. You don't need the 2 points in Occult. Reread the stat equivalents page. Just so you know any stat of 5 or above is considered superhuman. You should also consider having separate grids for the human and wolf forms. To do so use the transformation system. It only costs 2 points of ability per grid. Also you need to separate the points spent into ability. Your heightened senses will cost 1 point.
