Base and Item requests for Aristocrat

Base Name: Donovan Estate
Purpose: Aristocrats home and location of his alchemy lab and storage dungeon.
Location: Vermont, USA
Appearance:
History: Bought in 1865 by Sir Martin Donovan when he moved from England to the States, the 8 acre estate sits on the now state line with NY. The Donovan House is a smaller scale version of a classical English mansion. Within it contains upwards of 15 rooms, a large dining hall and a vast series of dungeon-like chambers beneath. Inside these underground chambers, the house hosts the Aristocrat’s alchemy lab and torture chamber.

Name: Sword Cane
Abilities: While the Sword itself has no abilities (other than the killing ability), the Cane sheath has been imbued to be unbreakable, allowing it to be used as a defensive parrying tool or an offensive club.
History: The sword was handed down to Arthur by his father on his 18th birthday. After his parents passing, he disposed of the original blade and requisitioned a stronger, more tensile blade. He was quite fond of the handle so left that as it was and designed a simple sheath to disguise it as a cane to allow it to be carried with him at all times. He also dipped the cane in a simple alchemic potion, imbuing it with an unbreakable power.
