Testing the waters here at SHRP

It's my first ever RP here at SHRP and I'm looking for a villain. My character is more of a street level hero so none of those super powered, "I'll smash the Hubble telescope on your head" kind of guys. (For now, I guess )

Here are some things to consider about my hero:
She is a rookie hero. Dealing with muggers is one thing, dealing with actual villains is another. This RP will be her first true test.
She talks a lot.
She usually acts on impulse and that usually gets her in trouble.
She relies on her equipment to fully use her powers. She can still hold her own without it.
She lives in New York.

Here are some plots that I have in mind:
A hostage situation at an arena or stadium.
She's the new hero and a villain wants to prove to her that she's a nobody by ambushing her.
The classic robbery at a bank or a mall.
