Cut With Both Blades (Closed Off)

The premise simple. The plan non existent. The ship, out of commission. This was the Okami way. A light trail of smoke rose up from a rolled cigarette from some plant Okami found on a plane of existence built entirely out of candy. The natives tried to kill him. Candy Pain Island was not an ironic name at all. And, now the universe knew that. Even though someone who named the plane that clearly knew.
"These things still taste funny." Okami took the cigarette down and puffed out a few pieces of cotton candy. And a little bit of blood. "You would think the blood would be gone by now." A trail of smoke began to line out from the door beneath Okami. His soles began to melt. "Aw shit, I forgot to take the fire crystal away from the jar holding the djinn again." The only thing left of Okami on the deck of the Dark Star was his cigarette from the Candy Pain Island.
A few days ago Okami came across a few things he knew and applied them to things he did not. He knew Earth. He did not however know other things like, Elena Marie, magic crystals, more people in Japan smoke per capita than any other country, and the heir of a mineral dynasty would be hosting a party at the Tokyo Fine Arts Center. Once he figured two or three of those things out, he showed up in Tokyo. After he learned he left a combustible object object next to an open flame, he made his way through the window of the Tokyo Fine Arts Center. With a dynamite sword. "Alright bitches! It's Okami time! Where's the richest guy in this building?" The staff of the TFAC all looked as Okami stood in front of them with sword in hand and a half crazed smile pulling his cheeks away from his brain. One cook pointed towards the door leading to the main floor. "Alright. Good choices by everyone!"
A woman in a sleek black dress made her way through the masses of businessmen all speaking about each other. Her red hair called out in stark contrast to her Japanese descent, but merry attitude of most of the men and women in the ballroom paid her no attention. Two swords remained hidden in the folds of the dress as she approached a blond man holding a drink loosely in his hand. He giggled as some blond woman in a red dress chatted him up, not able to fully keep his attention on one place. A hand slammed into the wall cutting the blond off from the overly intoxicated man. "You were leaving."
"Excuse me?" A flash of red matching her dress showed in the blond's eyes.
"Leave." The red dyed Japanese woman flashed a blade under her dress. "Now."
The only option the opportunity seeking woman found rested with a second option in the ballroom. "Fine. Have him. Robots are the future anyway."
The red haired woman smiled as the drunken man returned to her eyes. "Hello."

"I'm not even sure why I got dragged into this..." she spoke into the phone, confused beyond belief.
"Uhm, because we have a show, you're sort of my future aunt in law-"
"Removed-Aunt in law. Remember?"
"Whatever, I still like you so you're here to do hero stuff while I do other hero stuff." Tyuki was legitimately about to walk onto stage in Nagasaki.
"Well, whatever... I've got to go. There's a lot of people staring at me. I feel like the only pretty one here." Uzma's eyes only saw Asians, a few Caucasians, and a speckle of darker skinned individuals; one of which she was sure used a too-dark spray tan.
Hanging up the phone, Uzma adjusted the kimono she was wearing. It was a summer fashion one, so more of a Yukata. The short skirt, and wide collar gave her room to breathe. The obi around her waist was tied into a very cute bow, the folds resting on the curve of her fine booty. The Yukata was styled in white with speckles of yellow and pink. The designs were gorgeous; yellow lillies and pink daisies. The flowers and geometric patterns made the simple garb come to life. On Uzma's feet, rather than traditional sandals, she wore a pair of high heels. The mixed fashions brought a whole new element to her look. Not to mention, her half mohawk/half braided hair.
Her usual three strands of dreaded mess had been combed and tamed, then braided to accent her pink lashes and electric yellow eyeliner. She looked like a total babe. Her lips were painted natural, a bit of gloss making them look more luscious than normal. She was still uncertain as to why she was here, but Tyuki insisted that big events like this always had some bad guy lurking around. Uzma just wanted something to do, so she chose to be here instead of watching her... friend? put on a Japanese pop-rock concert.
Scanning the crowds, and turning down anyone that came to talk to her, she kept to herself, and just floated around the mass of people. There were a lot of rich folk here, their pockets obviously lined with gold. She had even ran into a man that had a suit with a pocket literally made out of gold infused silk. She had been a bit impressed with that one, but overlooked it in hopes of spotting something... out of the ordinary.
Finally the emerald hues that belonged to the Aegis of Earth spotted a snake with red hair slithering off toward a man flirting with another woman. At first glance, it looked harmless. Uzma felt as if she was the only one interested in this little display. It was as if everyone had their backs to that part of the room, and it would seem why; the man did not look like he belonged here very much.
About to look away, Uzma caught the snake slamming her hand into the wall and instructing the woman to leave. Narrowing her eyes, and furrowing her brow, Uzma decided to approach and linger by the bar that was adjacent to the red headed snake. Her attempts to listen would all be determined on of they stayed or left. Uzma paid as much attention to the spot in front of her as she could, just tuning her ears onto them.

The Crimson Ghost, Japan's foremost person in having red hair and swords, lifted the wallet, but not for ill gotten gain. Inside the wallet contained a passcode for entry into a chemical plant along the river. Crimson Ghost kept her plans close to her, but not as close as she kept the two blades nestled between the folds of the detachable outer dress she wore.
A swift kick launched to move the door open for Okami to make his grand entrance. The door buckled, but remained intact. Another kick would surely do it. But, it did not. Okami reached down to grab handle and gave it a pull. A crease came. "Oh, Goddammit." The withheld entrance of the grand pirate captain came to the grand ballroom on the second floor. A chandelier, or pirate elevator as they were called in some parts of time and space, hung over the grand sight. Usually the chandelier would be hoisted with a pull, but since this was no longer the Sixteen Hundreds, it did not. The only way to mount the chandelier would require Okami to fly. He did so earlier today, but would like to avoid the manner he did so if at all possible.
Instead, Okami opted for the more direct route. "I am the dread pirate Tengo Omaki!" Upon placing his leg upon the railing, the magical glue holding it on dislodged, sending his appendage to the ground. A chuckle broke out among the crowd, putting Okami red. Red as the explosion of a bomb. Idea. "That is a bomb I just dropped. It will explode. Explode all your lives into fire. How's that sound? Now, if someone could toss the bomb leg up to me, as well as all your wallets and jewelry, we can get back to the party which I will be very fun at."
It sounded just fine for the Crimson Ghost as she began making her way towards the door. Unfortunately, people took Okami more than just a spectacle but actually a threat. The crowd started to fill all of the exits, but Ghost spotted a dumb waiter by the wall. It would cramped, but the stealthy woman figured she could fit in and take a ride to the second floor.

Uzma turned nonchalantly away from the bar, as if she had been browsing for a drink and couldn't find one she liked. As she did, she noticed the Crimson Ghost lift a single card from a wallet and then toss the wallet on the floor as she walked toward an exit. Just as she was about to come within the door's vicinity, a mass of people started to make way for the exits, and Uzma finally tuned in to find out why.
A man was hanging over a banister above the main hall, calling down that his leg was a bomb, and that he needed everyone's wallet and money. Uzma was too busy trying to trail the Crimson Ghost to give a hoot about this man, but she had to make note of his poor attempt at robbing people. Uzma was about to go after the Crimson Ghost when the crowd swallowed her up. Uzma cursed out loud and decided she'd be the decent human being she was and cross the floor, opposite the fleeing party attendees, and grab the leg. She looked it over, and poked at it a bit.
It looked like a normal prosthetic. She wasn't an expert, but she was sure it was. Looking around, she saw stairs that led up and she sighed and made her way up the stairs.
"You're a drunk idiot, you know that, right?" This wasn't the first time she ran into a stupid boy. Offering over the leg, she made sure to drop it quite hard into his hand. Her own hands fell on her hips in a sassy fashion and she looked down at the remaining crowd people. She scanned each exit, trying to see the red headed snake of a woman.
IT wasn't until she noticed the little door to the dumb waiter left open. "Of COURSE! I'm an idiot." She offered the weird guy an uneasy, sarcastic smile and walked off, leaving him with his beloved leg. She had a bad gu-- girl, to catch.

All of Okami's whiles worked. This dark skinned woman in the yukata completely fell head over heels for the suave and debonair pirate. It must be the second left hand. Then the two left hands became an issue. "I don't seem to be able to grasp this thing correctly." Okami fidgeted with his leg for the better part of a moment while the crowd remained swirling in a vat of confusion. "Everyone. Do not worry for your safety. Once you have given me all of your hard earned money, I will party with you, so keep it coming."
Some members of the party began to accommodate Okami's demands, while others refused entirely, unaware of just how Okami was at parties. One woman continued to laugh as she felt some after dinner entertainment played out before her. A few more continued until the room grew more jovial. Thinking it all a joke, more people began to hand their money over, assuming in all likelihood they would see it returned. Not the largest score, but Okami found he made out like bandit. "Alright everybody! Time for some party action!"
While the party commenced, Crimson Ghost found her way into the waiting kitchen area. A woman working a server stepped up to inform the Ghost of her trespass, but Crimson Ghost merely flashed her blades to rebuke her correction. The Ghost began to walk towards the back to try and find a fire escape to lead herself down out of the building, then she decided to stop and wait for a moment to think about life and all of its wonders. This moment of serenity would never come back to haunt her.

Uzma was not about to help this guy put his leg back on for him. Brushing that thought off, she stepped off toward the kitchen, seeing as it was the only other doors up here that could lead to an exit out of this place. She was smart enough to know that, at least. She wasn't sure that the woman came through, though.
Walking through the doors, and hearing behind her the man shouting about the party going into action, Uzma rolled her eyes.
"Stop! You're not supposed to be in here!" said the same waitress that had stopped the Crimson Ghost. The very oriental dressed Uzma rose a brow and placed a hand on her hip.
"Look, I do not have time for this. A red headed chink woman came through here, and I think she's up to no good. I was going to call the authorities, but I don't know the number for the Japanese police. So, if you could do me a solid, sister, and get the hell out of my way..." Uzma said this as she pushed passed the woman, heading straight for the fire escape.
"She did come through here! She was rude and had swords!" the waitress called, also instructing that the staff move out of Uzma's way.
As Uzma walked, she grabbed a long fillet knife and made her way down the fire escape. She was about to keep walking when she remembered she could fly. Floating down, she caught a glimpse of the red head just standing, breathing in the atmosphere. Uzma dropped down in front of her and shoved her fillet knife in the woman's face.
"I don't like the way you handled that guy in the dining hall! I also think you look like a snake! Who are you, and what are your intentions!?" she shouted, her brows furrowing as she held her ground firmly.

"Okami! Okami! Okami!"
"I am the king of party!" Light bounced off of Okami's face like a disco ball. "Watch me eat this shrimp-" Okami dropped a piece of shrimp down a Japanese businessman's shirt before ripping it open at the bottom, eating the exhumed piece of food. "Hey!" Claps surrounded him as he Okami spun in a circle with the shrimp sticking out of his mouth.
"This has been great." A small dark haired woman clapped as she looked upon the entertainment. "But, I'm sorry, I need to leave a little early-"
"Aw, but Mrs. Aiko, we're all having so much fun. Aren't we?" A chorus of voices all confirmed Okami.
"Yes, but early morning tomorrow." Mrs. Aiko smiled as she put her hands together while taking in the cheers."So, can I get my jewelry and purse back now?"
"What? No, I stole that stuff dummy." Only Okami laughed as he ingested another shrimp. He barely outran the company of angry business people as they cased him and his bag of ill gotten gains up the stairs.
"So my features unnerve you enough that you would be so nice as to alter them with a knife?" The Ghost's teeth slid under her lips as she curved a smile across her face. "That is too kind of you. Perhaps I shall do the same." Two blades flew out from under the Ghost's dress as the outer layer of her dress detached and flew over Uzma's head. "I'll start by getting rid of those ridiculous things you call hair." A heel shot out to hit Uzma in the chest, hoping to send her back into the kitchen. The Crimson Ghost readied herself in a more mobile sleeveless black skirt moving halfway up her thigh.
"I am the king of party!" Light bounced off of Okami's face like a disco ball. "Watch me eat this shrimp-" Okami dropped a piece of shrimp down a Japanese businessman's shirt before ripping it open at the bottom, eating the exhumed piece of food. "Hey!" Claps surrounded him as he Okami spun in a circle with the shrimp sticking out of his mouth.
"This has been great." A small dark haired woman clapped as she looked upon the entertainment. "But, I'm sorry, I need to leave a little early-"
"Aw, but Mrs. Aiko, we're all having so much fun. Aren't we?" A chorus of voices all confirmed Okami.
"Yes, but early morning tomorrow." Mrs. Aiko smiled as she put her hands together while taking in the cheers."So, can I get my jewelry and purse back now?"
"What? No, I stole that stuff dummy." Only Okami laughed as he ingested another shrimp. He barely outran the company of angry business people as they cased him and his bag of ill gotten gains up the stairs.
"So my features unnerve you enough that you would be so nice as to alter them with a knife?" The Ghost's teeth slid under her lips as she curved a smile across her face. "That is too kind of you. Perhaps I shall do the same." Two blades flew out from under the Ghost's dress as the outer layer of her dress detached and flew over Uzma's head. "Everyone leave. This is going to get dirty, fast." Uzma commanded before the Crimson Ghost spoke about her face getting rearranged.
"I don't even like knives, I just thought it would be intimidating. So, let's seee... Everyone gone?" she asked out loud, making sure no one was lurking. Seeing as Uzma was about to put this woman in a coma, she found it not a bad play to go ahead and use some of her powers.
Harnessing a ball of cosmic energy, she hurled it toward the Crimson Ghost, but it ended up smacking into a bowl of salad, sending it exploding around of the kitchen. Lettuce, carrots, spinach, and other leafy greens rained down on the two girls as they started their fight.
The heeled foot that was sent toward Uzma's chest gave her an advantage over the Crimson Ghost. Uzma was a bit pained from the kick, sure, but now she was at a range that was more suitable for her own attacks. Twirling around, a set of cosmic energy balls formed around of her waist, getting ready to be hurled toward the Ghost. Uzma had not yet gone full on alien, but she was tapping into her powers, and if she drained her human form, she'd be forced to ascend.

The angry mob would not relent. And, they took stairs incredibly fast for older, formally dressed business people. Okami ducked into the only place he could as a mass exodus of servers made their way out. The confusion of the situation made them easy enough to slip through, and withheld the angry mob with the throngs of workers blocking them off. Okami made it. He pushed the door open, pressed his back against the wall, and felt a carrot hit him in the head. "Well, this looks promising."
Energy orbs of starlight began to form around Uzma. What she planned on using for herself, Okami saw as a golden opportunity to block the pursuit of himself. "I'm going to borrow those for a minute." Pulling the orbs from Uzma, Okami would weld the door shut by prying the hardened starlight around the hinges of the door. The salad bowl did hit Uzma in the head, and she furrowed her brow and scowled in response to that. "Now we got problems, and I think we can't solve them," Uzma started as she stepped forward to move passed the woman rolling through her wide stance.
She felt part of her life seemingly drain as a somewhat familiar voice popped up behind of her. She then noticed that her ammunition had been depleted due to someone STEALING IT! Her head still hurt from the bowl hitting it, and now more things were happening. She was about to hit the ground. In response, she bent her knees.
Now she regretted trying to lower her center of gravity. An audible growl of annoyance rolled passed Uzma's mouth as she was being brought down. She reversed the falling by forming a bubble shield of cosmic energy to push her back upright. Uzma used the projection force to kick Crimson Ghost back from her. A mess of black and red speckled with lettuce for garnish would [hopefully] slide backward to hit a wall, and give Uzma range.
Glancing to see who had came in, and who the Crimson Ghost was talking to, Uzma noticed the guy with the fake leg from earlier. She narrowed her eyes and gave him a look over. If this guy really did accept her offer, she would just have to take them both on.

A blast of energy pushed the Crimson Ghost off of Uzma as a bubble of starlight surrounded the flanked woman. An array of lettuce and tomatoes flew towards the Ghost along with a metal bowl. A quick display of swordsman ship whipped the heads of lettuce into a fine arrangement while balancing the bowl on her other blade. Crimson Ghost kept a perfect balance as she caught the ingredients perfectly in the bowl, then turned her blade to the table next to her, slicing through salmon and fatty tuna with ease. The raw fish flew through the air with a compacted fall, landing perfectly in shape along the rest of the perfectly chopped salad.
The sound of applause broke from Okami. "Wow, that was-" He looked towards a most likely less than impressed Uzma. "You gotta admit, if none of us were fighting, you would think that was impressive. I'm not really fighting any of you and I thought that was impressive. If two could just put this bad blood beside you, I bet you find some mad love."
"I love things a little more green than this." The blade flipped the salad towards Uzma's face.
"Wait, is that a comment about people being novice or something?"
"It's money. I love money. Geez."
"That's right! I remember why I like you now." Okami would manipulate Uzma's bubble to take it away so she would take the salad and the bowl to the face, before Okami would wrap Uzma up. "See, I get things. I'm on point with this stuff."
The Crimson Ghost would lower her eyes towards Okami. "You need to be glad you're pretty or this would be a terrible world for you."

To admit that it was impressive would only mean that Uzma was admitting that this villain was actually cool. Uzma was not about to admit that. Narrowing her eyes for the fifteenth time this evening, she formed a bit more cosmic energy and hurled it toward Crimson Ghost, meaning to knock the bowl out of her hand and also knock her over.
"I have done more impressive things." She said, scoffing a bit as she formed another mass of starlight balls around of her waist. The yukata skirts were flipping in the little wind caused by the spinning orbs.
Just as she was about to reabsorb some of the cosmic energy lingering in the air around of them, Uzma felt the energy get sucked away from the air and a piece of her shattered. She literally got weak at the knees and fell down, almost as if the wind had been knocked out of her entirely. Trying to use so much cosmic energy while in her human form was a bad idea, bu she wasn't going to ascend now. Not yet. Not until she had to.
Not until it would make the situation even more fleek.
Just as Okami started to wrap her up with, well, whatever he was using, she Ascended. Her beautiful brown skin became stark white and the blackest of black stripes started to race down to cut up the whiteness. Her sclera, normally white, became black as well. The typically emerald green irises seemingly shimmered and shined even brighter than normal.
"I am the Aegis of Earth! I am NOT here to let you get away with this!" Uzma broke free of the holds on her and rose up, hovering now in the sorta high ceiling kitchen. As she did, she formed a few orbs of cosmic energy in her hand, sure that this form of hers would prevent her from becoming weak at the knees every time this... guy stole her energy.

The hard work Okami stole from Uzma unraveled before his eyes. A bright archon shined before him in all her glorious form. "Woah, now that is impressive. Just look at-"
"Shut up. She's going down. I'm yelling timber." A quick attack shot forward from both of Ghost' blades to attempt to dismantle the glowing orbs floating around Uzma. Whether or not this offensive would hurt Uzma or the Crimson Ghost more, Okami decided to start moving Uzma's starpower to create blades to parry the Ghost's attacks. One by one they fell against the Ghost's skill, but Uzma could give Okami quite a lot of material to work with, whether she wanted to keep him supplied or not. "Stop helping her! She's not even going to pay you!"
"Why can't we all just be friends and look at all the loot I pulled?" Almost forgotten in the ordeal was the illicit bag of wallets and jewelry Okami secured by the mob of people pounding against the door. "Hey shut up! We're trying to work things out peacefully in here!" Some stray hairs shook around his forehead as turned back to Uzma and the Crimson Ghost. "Wow, rich people sure do like their stuff- well, my stuff now." Both of Ghost's blades came to try and point a fulcrum towards Okami's face. "Even this, is mine." A sword came from Okami's side with several wicks running the course of the blade. "Dynamite sword!" More starlight would come from behind Ghost to wrap her up, stealing more of Uzma's starlight and her starbright. "That could have made a really deep cut. We would have had some bad blood after that!"

Uzma practically just stood there, her body immobile while her energy turned into swords to parry and block the strikes coming from Crimson Ghost. "I'm not going down! You are!" Uzma said, fueling the energy swords with more of her cosmic power. She was going to slice this woman down, starting by slicing her swords apart. And maybe her hair. It would be hilarious if this woman suffered the same hair that Uzma did; because Uzma's hair looked hot, and people deserved to look as hot as Uzma.
She was, after all, practically a star.
Grinning at first when Okami went on about his stuff, and finally ended up talking about his sword, Uzma looked to see that it had legitimate dynamite strapped to it. Uzma felt her powers drain a bit as Okami forced her energies to become a straight jacket to seal Crimson Ghost up. This made Uzma feel a bit woozie, and she saw stars in her eyes. Blinking away the stars, she focused on the Crimson Ghost and made the binds tighter. She found working with Okami and allowing him to use her energy made her a little less light headed.
"The payment will be me getting you to tell me what you're up to!" Uzma commanded, her right fist clenching to seal the binds on Crimson Ghost, and also assert her dominance over the situation. Okami had been a good help, but Uzma was unsure of how long he would be of help.

More starlight wrapped around Crimson Ghost. She squirmed and wiggled but nothing allowed her to slip out of the wrapping. Then she stabbed Okami. A very prudent strategy. She built upon the weakness Okami always kept with him. He did not like being stabbed with swords. More prismatic energy came from Uzma, turning the living night light into a battery for Okami to put the Crimson Ghost in a white cocoon with only her brightly colored hair seeping out of the wrappings. "Yeah, this white lady wants to know stuff about you. Like how much you plan on paying me to help you."
"You..." Ghost struggled more against the wrappings trying to free herself. "Dick. Get me out of this and my boss..." Desperation spurred Crimson Ghost to bite down on the starlight to try one last attempt. It did not work. "...And she'll pay you whatever you want after we pull off this heist."
"A heist? You're doing a heist? I want to do a heist. Hey let's talk about that." Trying to work Uzma out of the starform in which she could beat Okami with ease, Okami kept pulling more of her energy into the room to make pirate ships fighting others. "Hey, Uzma do you want to see a shot for shot remake of the Princess Bride? Cause you're about to get it." Okami would play out several scenes from the movie in utter, poor quality while doing all of the voices himself.
Crimson Ghost kept kicking against the bonds, continuing to tire herself out while the rendition of a classic played out.
