Excuse my language but
Is it Wrong, to have a character in a game be pregnant and still fight. Now the character will have insect like qualities (like an Arachne but different bug) and be very powerful but would that piss of people?

Personally, I wouldn’t be offended by such a thing. I think it’d be an interesting plot line if handled well.
However I can see where there would be problems that could offend people. (The character having a miscarriage because of a villain getting too rough, the child being born with birth defects, etc. etc.)
Once again, personally I have no issue if you do it well.

No one should care, and if they do then they can bring it up with you once it's an issue. So long as you work the character well, I'd be more than glad to see their pregnancy worked into the design.
