Quest name
Grasping for Smoke
I n f o r m a t i o n
Reason for this quest:
To capture Smoke for SCIENCE.
Smoke (and his cat) must both be captured (because his cat will draw attention if left alone and we're against killing), so that we can begin experimentation on metahumans. He is the target due to lack of game locally, and was chosen off of our database. Capture him and his cat, both alive, without any collateral damage, and preferably without being spotted.
Basically, you should:

Since Coronel knows Smoke already he knows his abilities and what not. So he can sneak around Smoke and using his ability catch him without Smoke knowing.
