Language 2: Swearing is generally permitted. However, the language cannot be used to severely abuse.
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

these are the non boss infested and LVPD npcs. they will be controlled by me, 16, or some other volunteer. It is undecided as of now.

these are 24-28 point grids


Ordinary Vampires (Humans)

1: Enhanced senses
4: Healing factor (Only death would be through weaknesses )
Weakness of sunlight, fire, and wood stake or something similar to the chest - created posionous weapons are open to suggestion.

Meta Human Outcast Type 1

Fire/Ice/Electricity/Wind/Water Manipulation (depending on the NPC, this is just to make each one unique) : (6ABL) don't really need a description, yes im a slacker.
