The Legacy

Personality:
This character is a very "layered" character. He views himself as quite simplistic, however what people know of him and how they treat him often times is based upon prior experiences and knowledge of this individual.
He is known for being a ruthless leader of a Metahuman supremacy group, but further more he is known for his cold and calculating though process. He was always calm, very rarely did he ever feel threatened, and his greatest weakness was actually his inability to see a threat in anything that was in opposition to him. He is known primarily as "The once king" and is mostly known for having been a rich, successful man whose influence and power went ot his head.

In all actuality, Raja is actually a rather subtle and quiet man. He is an individual whom (despite his crimes) holds himself with good posture and conducts himself in a way that makes him a paragon to social skill. His very presence is held in high esteem and he is often times to be percieved as intimidating (though it is uncertain if this is him, or the knowledge of the things he had done which stimulates this response.) Despite whatever people believe it is clear that whenever Raja speaks it is because he has a reason for speaking and is not one for "idle chatter". Raja is a highly intelligent man and contrary to how many people portray him, he is a sympathetic and understaning individual with what one may identify as a good heart. Raja is also a much wiser man than he was when he committed the crimes he had, and he has a genuine guilt and sorrow attached to his deeds. He is not a man afraid of making mistakes, and encourages not only himself but others to see mistakes not as failures but as lessons that were waiting to be taught.

The only "truth" that people are told and honestly know about is his infamous glare of disapproval which is said to be a rather unnerving thing to be on the recieving end of.

History:
I'm feeling rather annoying today so I've decided to break the history section up as an interview of sorts. Basically all you need to know is...

Half Indian Half African who has dual citizenship in Canada and the US. He is responsible for a grand plot and scheme that ended in a lot of bloodshed. This event was called "The Annihilation" and racked up a body count of 8364 people. Raja was captured and detained by an enigmatic group and then rehabilitated with his powers dampened to standard Metahuman levels. They put this supposed sociopath out on the streets to prove that a secret metahuman rehabilitation initiative would actually work.

The Powers

Mastermind: (8 Intellect) - Superior processing speeds that make life seem as though it were going 15 times slower than it actually is. Couple this with a perfect memory and improvised weaponry supplied by his Agency benefactor and you have the Intelligence.

Human Physiology: (1 Strength 1 Speed) - In his old age, he's found that not only is Arthritis a bitch, but he's learned that he's lost his above-average physical prowess. Unfortunately he is only able to successfully run like a normal fit human being and he is only able to lift 5 ponds above his body weight.

Psionic Hardening: (5 Durability) - A side-effect of his telekinetic power. His body has been trained with pressure therapy and has been kept in perfect condition. Be it Agency Drugs or the pressure therapy he employed on himself he is certainly a highly durable person with a youthful glow and more stamina than even most humans in their peak.

Kinetic Sense: (7 Fighting Skills) - Knowledge of fighting skills couples with advanced reflexes that are stimulated as automatic responses due to his "oneness" with kinetic energy. Acts as a pseudo form of combat ESP and gives him an advantage primarily when trying to evade or avoid.

The Fallen Idol: (8 Ability) - Telekinesis at it's finest. The ability to affect matter and generate forms of kinetic energy with one's mind. This ability has a vast utility and while it may grab onto fire or water it requires more concentration and is not as affective when going against a specialized user of the same element. (To be clear he CANNOT GENERATE his own forms of energy, he must take form what is readily available and use his telekinesis upon it). His telekinesis is bound to his highly developed brain and his intellect. His telekinesis is stimulated through brain activity and is often times simply an extension of himself rather than an applied ability. Despite it being an extension it is still as draining as an activated ability, his is simply more readily accessed.

Blood Money: (Wealth) - His inheritance from his successful family was limited by the organization he works for, as they are fearful to allow him resources that could potentially lead to his breaking free of their control. As such, while he may have more money than he has access to, he is limited to the income of a comfortable, normal human being.
