The Legacy

Personality: Strong personality type - good - but has memory issues due to a formula that he had taken that also causes him moments of rage and anger.

History: Barry is from a different universe. He served in the Kal-TARE military special forces. His father Z-Kang was killed in a deadly invasion by a neighboring clan of hostile beings that was after a secret formula that Z was working on that could give amazing powers and self regenerating qualities to any Kal-TAREAN. After a two day war of epic destruction and death Barry Richards (Z-Kang the second) found the formula that his father had given his life to keep from the ravenous invaders.Barry took the formula and became an all energy type consuming dynamo with unbelievable powers that single handedly defeated the invading forces.But before he could defeat the massive force of powerful invaders Barry was killed several times only to revitalize in an even more powerful state, that rendered the thing that killed him previously, infective and useless to the reincarnated version of Barry.
Barry faught the invaders until neither the weapons or the awesome powers of the evil forces could do a thing to stop him. The council members were joyous over the destruction of their enemies but they were also deeply terrified over what Barry Richards had become. They held an emergency council meeting and decided to send Barry away for the safety of the people of Kal-TARE. Barry's mother, She-Kang protested, but was killed by the security forces led by General Blax. Barry became enraged and killed a great number of military soldiers that day, trying to get to his mothers killer, and was near impossible to stop, but for a device that his father Z-Kang had been working on that could transport a person into another universe.
When Barry came to he was on the planet earth with a large portion of his memory lost. He would have to try to remember who he is and where he came from, all alone.
At heart, Barry is as good as they come. But the affects of the unknown formula has caused him to have angry and sometimes violent outburst that could bring an entire world to the brink of destruction. What will be the end for the son of the brilliant scientist Z-Kang?

The Powers

Powers and abilities : Eyes - Matter Disintegration Rays - Can erase any matter from existence. Left hand : Global Meltdown Waves - Cosmic waves of heat that could liquidate planetary size targets in under a minute.
Right hand - Cease Force - A powerful force that can freeze anything or anyone in a stilled time warp.
Body - Barry can only be hurt by advanced Alien technology and extremely powerful beings.
Barry moves at incalculable speeds that can cause purposed damage or destruction to specific targeted areas or individuals.
Barry's has unlimited strength that rises to critical levels during confrontations.
Barry can manipulate any energy source, by redirecting it's intended effect on it's sender with greater or lesser power than used originally, or by absorbing it and bolstering his own powers.
Regeneration - If Barry is killed he will return in 4 hours in an even more powerful form that would be completely unaffected by the thing that had killed him previously.

My character is not Superman. He's Barry Richards. If you mean I can't use the Smallville face for my character - that's one thing. But saying he's Superman is quite another.

It wont be necessary. I found a site that accepts peoples creations without any biases at all. This site could learn a thing or two from such places.
