Personality:
Cold, calculating and objective. All words to describe Jamison Williams, though none of them ever doing true justice. A confident individual who always has the upper hand, or always finds a victory while one would expect total and utter defeat. Williams is quick to remind everyone who is in charge, and why he is revered and respected in the way he is. Quick to learn, quick on wit and almost fluid in his assessments. There is nowhere Williams' won't go, no one Williams' won't hunt, and absolutely nothing that can stop the determined, driven and clever Jamison Williams form achieving his goal. To Williams the end does in fact justify the means, and control and moderation of these Meta-people is the only ends he desired.

Ruthless, cutthroat, but in some sick sense honorable and honest. Williams is not a man you wish to cross paths with, let alone get on the bad side of. He feels completely justified in what he does, owes no one any explanation and will win by any means necessary, driven by an unknown motive to contain the threats the meta-humans pose to his people. Though there is one portion of Williams' which could be construed as "controversial", and that is the character of Williams which none know. Everyone knows the price WIlliams has paid, giving up his wife, his daughter and son (all "Infected") individuals to experimentation by the Agency, he has killed over 70 infected individuals himself, keeping their names on his right arm as a trophy of sorts, and for a deeper reason only he himself knows. His loyalty is unending to his cause, and he would die to see it come to fruition.

History:
Agent Jamison Williams was born into a family with Infected parents. Raised with a relatively good moral code, though most of it geared towards tolerance and peace. About the time he reached his eighteenth birthday he was an entirely different person. No one really knew why, but as his parent's said it "society got him" and now their human son despised them with a passion, and there was no longer any peace or tolerance. He found his parents to be "infected" sick and diseased by a pleague, a plague that Williams' came to know as "meta-humanism". This new taken view in heart and mind, He enrolled in the Agency as soon as he could, his hard work ethic and his brilliant mind got him far, and where that could not get hi, his near perfect human physique would. He quickly proved his loyalty and his worth to the Agency and he began to quickly scale the ranks. Now he serves as the Director of Operations, one of the best positions to hold within the Agency for a man like him. His field performance is also something to behold, as his right arm is tattooed with over 70 small names. All of those names being Meta-humans he had either killed or captured to experiment on (which generally ended up with their death because of him anyway).

Agent Williams is now dedicated and focused to the construction of "Agent Gizmo" an experiment drafted out by a brilliant inventor known as "Gadget" and began the construction of as soon as possible.. He has high hopes and statistical proof that his ally "Agent Gizmo" could very well be the answer to the "Meta-human problem" the world is now engaged with. He takes a serious approach to any and all infected , especially those with unique capabilities. He always follows the plan of "Discover, Debate, then Destroy/Detain". He was present for the creation of G.A.R.T.H, the weapon created to combat Ouroboros and was then ambushed and captured by the King of Shadow's minions. His escape was brilliant and quick, using the knowledge form the events and the contents of his flash-drive to further his research and The Agency's information. Shortly after the events where Ryurou Shi saved his life form Cain and his vampires, Williams had come to learn that his wife had been "infected" and powers she had kept hidden she had let slip through. Jamison had his wife, and two children tested and all of them came back with some form of "infection" in which he opted to give them up to genetic examination and experimentation to the Agency, against their will.

Now he lives for the day he will bring The Agency form it's years of study, it's years of hiding, and rise it into the world and quell the threat of the "infected" peoples. But through his actions he seeks to not only protect the human race from the infected, but save the infected from themselves and their ignorance over the power they hold.

The Powers

Survival of the Fittest: (4 Strength/Speed/Durability)Jamison Williams is the peak of human physicality. Able to lift up to 1000 lbs, run up to 40 miles per hour and he is extremely fit. He's reached the peak of human durability. The amount of damage and pain he can withstand is almost superhuman. His stamina is also increased as a result.

The Godslayer's Complex: (8 Intelligence) Interpret that in whatever way you will. It has no real relevance. Williams is beyond the comprehension of any human being alive; Only the meta-human threats ever even come close to grasping the prowess of his advanced mind. While there are few that can comprehend him, there is almost nothing that lies beyond his intellectual grasps. The technology he can create is far beyond our time and well into sci-fi areas, and he processes things much faster than the average person. He is also trained to identify "infected" individuals and has ability intuition towards them.

Warpath: (8 Fighting Skills) Even for superhuman standards Williams' is exceptionally skilled at fighting. He has mastered a huge number of combat styles. His reaction time is flawless, and even large groups of highly trained or master combatants pose little threat to him. At this point, his body almost just moves on its own in battle, requiring little to no conscious thought.
