The Undead forgot his name a long time ago, he didn't bothered anyway.
He learned and forgot much more than some of the punny normal beeing could never understand.

Benefits of a undead body:
Immune to poison/toxin (but not acid!)
No mind waves -> Immune to mind control/mindreading
No need to breath -> increased stamina (able to survive underwater for some time)
No sense of pain -> increased strength (stronger than an average human, thanks to not feeling pain but not on pair with metahuman strength levels)
ageless

Negative aspects of a undead body:
No sense of smell and taste
Mind decay (any one who is over 350 years willbe a bit nuts from time to time Wink)
ageless (who likes beeing stuck in the body of a tween at age 369?!)
No regeneration of wounds or damage on your own
Lowered selfpreservation instinct
