Language 2: Swearing is generally permitted. However, the language cannot be used to severely abuse.
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Well, you know the way every great villain has their nemesis?

I need one to rp with, with my tempest character get's accepted. I promise good rp. And development, etc.



And also if you are interested, post some information about your character. It's like e-dating! <3


My character is called Tempest, He is able to manipulate the 3 main aspects of the weather, and he is a meta-villain... Sort've.

My character's name is Victor, aka Wire. He manipulates... well, wires. All of them. Definitely a city fighter. Do you have any plot in mind for this? Because Victor needs a reason to fight you, or this nemesis thing won't go very far.
