New guy in the neighbourhood

Hey everyone! New guy here!
I want to start by introducing myself (so much for internet anonymity!) I've been a roleplayer for the past couple years and I wanted to join the site to freshen up and have some fun! I work as a freelancer artist and an Art Director for an Entertainment & Media company located here in Boston, MA.You can see the links to my work on my signature
I'm new here in the website and I have always been fascinated by the mere idea of Superheroes which are basically modern day Mythologies that depict morality and emotion in different mediums. I first got introduced to it via the 90s cartoons of Batman/Superman/JLU and X-Men/Spider-Man. It was such a grand thing to me as a young boy to have such mythological figures teach us about morality and being good and just. And that's the sort of morality I like to play around with the characters I've written while getting my Theater degree - except they are nowhere near iconic. (:
On the side, I love working on character designs and realizing those designs of other people from other mediums. Interpretations are always great.
Long story short, I'm definitely hoping to stay around and play with you folks!
