Name: Kinetic Barriers
Abilities: In Dominion's gauntlets are devices that allow him to produce kinetic barriers, essentially force fields that absorb impacts.  These are simply solid circular walls that appear where Dominion points, thus enabling him to shield himself from attacks, both physical and projectile.  These are not domes.  They are flat walls.  They can resist enormous amounts of damage (STR/ABI Equivalent to the allocated INT of the item, being 6).  He can alter the size of the walls with an adjustment, making them as large or as small as necessary. 1 Round C.D Between Uses.
Description: Dominic detested war, once upon a time (he still does, but not for different reasons).  He developed this technology as a sort of line of defense.  However, upon entering the downward spiral that led him to become Dominion, he personalized his design and made it compact.  While this reduced its overall power (something he'll no doubt rectify in the future), it is a very effective tool for lasting in skirmishes with those who would oppose him.

Name: Concussor
Abilities: Also in the gauntlets are energy projectors that unleash a powerful concussive blast of energy in the pointed direction.
Description: Dominic designed this technology for law officers to be able to use in their vehicles so they wouldn't have to leave the safety of the squad car to deal with dangerous felons.  Upon becoming Dominion, he created a personal version.

Name: Helmet Interface
Abilities: Dominion's helmet is a computer interface that, in essence, connects to the rest of the technology in his suit, allowing him to control it mentally and verbally.  It also connects to his base's security systems and the security systems in both Bradshaw International buildings and Project Unity buildings worldwide.  The helmet also has a built-in computer interface that he can use to analyze his environment and be fed information.  While the rest of Dominion's suit can be operated without the helmet, he took no chances, and designed the helmet to adhere to the suit's "second skin", making it irremovable aside from the use of voice command.  The helmet tells him the status of every gadget he has in the suit at the time.
Description: Dominion crafted this helmet using his already established interface technology which he was actually working on at the time of his accident.  He'd intended to give it to the Pentagon after they'd commissioned him to do it.  However, not trusting them with that kind of power, he opted to hold onto it and try to find a way to explain to them.  It's been speculated that his accident wasn't an accident and was actually an attempt made by the government to kill him and take the interface.

Name: Syntheum Cape
Abilities: Dominion's cape is made up of a Syntheum mesh that is both flexible and incredibly strong, proving to be immensely durable, resisting extreme temperatures, gunfire and other ballistics, tearing by anything that does not have at least Level 6 Strength or equivalent, and shrugs off energy projectiles in the same fashion (up to level 6).
Description: Dominic designed this fabric to for fire fighters, as it would significantly reduce the dangers of working in bigger emergences.  Upon becoming Dominion, he took enough for himself to engineer into his suit.

Name: Ion Beam
Abilities: The Ion Beam is a powerful beam of energy that is incredibly hot and can melt through steel at its most intense setting.  At its least intense setting, it is a much wider ray that burns, but not nearly as hot.  The beam's intensity does not affect its power usage.
Description: Dominion created the ion beam for construction and ironwork purposes, hoping that it would make people's jobs far easier.  And, as the pattern goes, Dominion got a hold of it.

Name: Paralyzer
Abilities: The paralyzer is essentially a beefed up taser, but can be projected in a sort of beam as well as a physical attack.  The two rings sported by Dominion hold these devices.  When activated, the voltage can be amped up to a maximum or scaled down to specification.  It isn't a normal electrical assault, however.  It's essentially an electrical knock-out (that generally wouldn't work on anyone with 7+ DUR when operating at max).  It can only remain fully charged for 3 Rounds at a time before dying, but it is powerful.  The device on Dominion's chest plate can also shoot the beam rendition of this.  It only has enough power for three shots, however, as it is always at max power.  Rather than a cool down, after the charge is exhausted, Dominion has to seek out electrical devices to recharge.  He must recharge a total of three times in order to get the Paralyzer back to full functionality.  2 recharges allows them to operate at 2 thirds power and only 2 shots from the chest plate.  One charge gives him 1 third power in the gauntlets and only one shot from the chest plate.
Description: The only item that Dominion created after his descent, he designed this to deal with any meddling Meta-Humans that got in his way.

Name: Mesh Flesh
Abilities: The Mesh Flesh is a stat-boosting item that ups Dominion's durability by 2 points due to its unique make-up of nano-technology.  This mesh is the black suit that coats his skin beneath his armor and conforms to his body.  2 Round C.D Between Uses.  Active Duration Maximum 3 Rounds (deactivates at the end of the third by itself)
Description: Mesh Flesh was designed as a simple means protecting people of all walks of life against threats of all kinds, from bullets, to car accidents.
INT Allocation: 8

Name: Zero Point Energy Gauntlets
Abilities: (Think Syndrome's gloves from The Incredibles).  Dominion's gloves have tips in the fingers that project fields of Zero-Point Negative energy, allowing him a sort of Pseudo-Telekinesis, able to freeze objects in place and throw them around at will.  However, this field protects the target while they're in it, so in order for them to feel the impact of the throw, he must let the fields down.  This field is incredibly difficult to resist, and generally requires someone of at least 8 STR or ABI to break free on their own.  2 Round C.D Between Uses.
Description: Generally, this was designed to be used in heavy lifting.  It would hopefully make cranes a thing of the past.
