Language 2: Swearing is generally permitted. However, the language cannot be used to severely abuse.
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Name: Wrist Communicator
Abilities: This is a device that uses cell phone technology to send messages from one communicator to another with a mild encryption included. Due to the cell phone antenna it is usable anywhere a cell phone is.
Description: (This would include how you made the item, or acquired the item. Perhaps a shorter history, etc.) Garganoth was attempting to coalate the Legion into a cohesive unit by allowing them constant communication.
