Reason for this quest: The Quest will be a test of skill and decide who gets in and which rank they will achieve.
Explanation of quest On arriving at the base there was a call for help from a small town on the edges of Chicago which the police do not have the right resources to tackle. Terrorists have taken hostage a group of towns people and the rest is deserted with the rest of the town either being dead or having run. It’s the young heroes job to take down these terrorists without killing and bringing them to justice.


Basically, you should:

• Take out the threat
  
• Not kill anyone
  
• Make sure the civilians are in a safe location for police and medics to get to them.
  
• Look after your team mates..
