[b">Item/Character Advancement Name: Electric Surge (Changing to Electric Manipulation)

Item/Character Advancement Description: Over refinement and hard work, Carden had trained and worked his ass off to better himself with his abilities. With the help of Lucius and Carden's natural mutation of the meta gene. He has refined himself to be able to now do much more damage with his electric powers as well as develop them to have more output. As well as the ability to create force field like obstructions to block projectiles and solid objects/people from going through for a time. He is also able to pretty much absorb and manipulate all forms of electricity around him, either it be causing electricity to burst from a wire and bend to his will, or anything, even switch off a persons electric based gear by just being near them. He can manipulate all sources of electricity as well as generate it in vast amounts. He has the potential to create electricity strikes that can even be more powerful than a natural lightning strike and level entire city blocks. Different extensions of this power are the ability to create EMP's.((Of course, permission based as always <3 when it comes to deactivating gadgets and absorbing other characters electricity ))

Item/Character Advancement Weakness(es):

Weakness 1: Rubber weakens the electricity's effect and output.

Weakness 2: Absorbing too much energy from another source can cause him to be erratic or even unpredictable and create vast disasters. Which may lead to unexpected casualties or destruction, making this a risk while using his this ability. In turn, it may affect him as well, having the potential to make him pass out.

Weakness 3: Radiation seems to nerf his energy output...
