The Legacy

Personality:
Since Kolson can't remember much before meeting the Wyatts, he gets agitated when asked about his past. This causes depression and self consciousness about things that he does or says. Kolson also gets very attached to people, often trusting them so easily that he's often manipulated & taken advantage of. This has lead Kolson to a pill addiction, he abuses Xanax, and adderall. He takes the pills so that he doesn't have to be as self conscious or depressed. Kolson tries to put on a facade that everything is fine because no one knows of his pill addiction, so he often has good things to say and is very interested in other peoples lives which leads him to trust them since he thinks he knows them.
History:
For some reason Kolson can not remember anything before meeting The Wyatt family. He's been living with them for several months now in New Orleans.. The Wyatt's are a group of voodoo practicing swamp people who are also a cult of thieves. Kolson dislikes the Wyatt Family except for Sister Abigail, who is the first person he met when he awoke in the middle of nowhere. Sister Abigail brought Kolson in and made him apart of the Wyatt family. During his time with the Wyatt's Kolson started to experience strange happenings, like he could move items from across the room and even bend spoons in half. The Wyatt family got a kick out of Kolson's shenanigans and helped him control and discover more of his power. Once developed enough for the Wyatt's liking Kolson started to assist in the robbing of local drug stores and pawn shops. Abigal never went, or even had the slightest clue of what everyone was up to. During one of the pharmacy heist Brian introduced Kolson to pills and ever since then, they have taken over his life. As the Wyatt's were living it up, and convincing Kolson that these were the right things to do Abigal began to fall ill. So ill that she fainted in the middle of the kitchen while fixing supper one night, that she had to be rushed to the hospital.

Abigal's was taken to the hospital and the doctors told everyone that she had stage 4 cancer. Treatment was a lot more than what the Wyatt's could afford. It left Kolson crushed and Abigal made Kolson promise her that he would take care of The Wyatt's, Kolson did. Later that week Brian gathered up the family and they all decided to break into the the neighboring town's bank. Kolson would at first refuse to rob the bank not thinking it was the brightest idea, but Brian knowing of Kolson pill addiction promised him all the pills in the world if he helped them pull of this huge heist Kolson then agreed. After the planning everything was set to go off on Friday the 13th. The morning of the heist Abigal was getting worse, that even moving hurt her. Kolson sat beside her just staring as she laid in bed. Kolson was losing it he went to the bathroom and popped his two favorite pills and got in contact with Brian. They picked him up and headed to Bossier City. Brian demanded Kolson use his powers during this heist and Kolson put up resistance but Brian pulled out a zip lock baggie filled with pills for Kolson and told him that more would come. Kolson agreed only if no one got hurt Brian agreed and the ended up at the Bank.

The Wyatt's 4 deep including Kolson wearing mask busted inside the bank at 12:00 in the afternoon. the entered guns blazing, and throwing tear gas a bank teller switched the alarm before getting taken hostage. Taking out all the security and making everyone inside hostages they collected as much as they could. Kolson used his powers to open the draws and unlock doors with his psychic energy, he was always able to pick locks easily. When the gang came upon the vault safe it was going to take a lot more time for Kolson to get it open Brian gave him three minutes. At 12:05 Police sirens could be heard which set Brain off, demanding to know who hit the switch. None of the tellers spoke up. So Brian put a gun straight to one of the tellers head and shot her. Which cut off Kolson's concentration, Brian reloaded and asked the question again. Kolson ran in to stop him only to be met with anger from Brain asking about the vault. Kolson just repeated to Brian "You said no one would get hurt" Brian then pointed his gun at Kolson and told him to stand down. Kolson was frozen not with fear but with anger and he raised his hands and pointed towards Brian who shot at Kolson in response. Kolson used his powers to try and stop the bullets but they were sent backwards and struck Brian. Brian smiled as the bullet went right through his left eye socket and chest. "I knew you had it in you" he fell dead. The other members of the Wyatt family didn't know what to do, and that's when a swat team rushed inside. Kolson ran away as they shot after him. Kolson opened a door that lead to staircase, running down the stairs he found a door which lead to outside he saw that the bank was heavily guarded and he used his psychic powers to repel the bullets as they flew at him as he ran down the alley Kolson saw a sewage drain and lifted the lid and slipped inside making sure to put it back using his psychic powers and that's how he escaped.

The next day Kolson arrived at the hospital and when he asked about Abigal he was told that she passed away last night. Kolson just ran as far as he could because now he was alone and he broke his promise to Abigal. Kolson with no direction or any place to turn decided to leave America, and go to the only place Abigal always wanted to go which is Europe. While in Europe Kolson has become a Private I detective. While in London Kolson found out that he can understand animal speech. He hasn't quite mastered it, but it is a work in progress.

The Powers

Power 1:
Infiltrator - Can pick locks more easily, and increases sneak the art of moving unseen and unheard.
Power 2:
Animal friend - Can communicate with animals ( power discovered during Bloodhound Club)
Power 3:
Repeal - Push objects, or things away using psychic ability usually used to push self away. (can only repeal things he would be able to carry himself)
Power 4:
Attract Can pull inanimate object towards him using psychic abilities, as much as he would be able to carry normally.

Weakness:
1. I'm only human: Kolson has the physical makeup of a human being so crucial attacks hurt which is why Kolson has to be careful.

2. Magic: Kolson does not trust magic users, and considers them dangerous which makes him scared and shut down around magic users..

3. Mirror Image: Kolson can't use his powers if someone is showing him his reflection. (ie mirror, water, picture)

4. Pill Addiction: Take away Kolson pills, and he basically becomes useless, and shuts down emotionally and physically.

For the combat skill you are describing in both archery and hand to hand i would recommend relocating some more of your points in to Fighting Skill.

Also, unless you have a specific plan for the magic and spells the point's could be better used elsewhere. You won't be able to do much damage with only 2 ability.

If you have 6 INT, and 4 OCC there's no need for the 4 OCC. INT and OCC mirror one another up to level 4; as in, if you have 4 INT or higher, you have the basic Occult knowledge based on the equivalents descriptions.

And vice versa.

Spend those 4 points elsewhere, or invest more points into Occult.

Sensing meta-humans is ok, but you won't know who the metahuman is with OOC permissions, or definite RP logic.

Also, your bio is short, and choppy. Please go back over it and clear up any rushed mistakes. It sounds monotonous and boring.

Explain what each of them do and I will let you know if you either need to allocate more points to the Psychic power or cut out some of the abilities.
