So. I'm working on a character named Bioplasm. He's an escaped bio weapon, and anything else you might want to know should be in there, if not just ask. Anyway before I make up his creator I was thinking, what if I found someone else who would want to be his creator? It would instantly give me stuff to start doing with him and he'd get a recurring enemy. This is pretty basic right now, so if you're interested let me know and we can work out the details.

i can make a character who worked for a government like a dictatorship and created bio weapons and experimented on meta to create super soldiers for his country but eventuly became a rouge agent
