Reason for this quest:
Explanation of quest It had begun only recently, starting off as what could only be described as a separated incident and progressing from there. Bodies had begun popping up all around the country, no defining characteristics between the victims, other than dark hair and a strange pattern of burns across their bodies. These burns being in strange patterns varying from victim to victim, though all of them have no records within any database, and they all have a clean hole through the heart; probably created by some kind of strange energy. Police believe that this is the work of a meticulous serial killer, a metahuman as well, considering that each body found is usually far away from the last. However, the Ti’taens have also been working upon examining these strange occurrence, and found something else entirely. Someone was murdering their own kind, and doing something to their racial markings, throwing them out into the streets after they were done. So they have reacted accordingly.

Basically, you should:

For whatever reason, move out to investigate the recent strange murder linked with this serial killer in Chicago.
Attempt to gather together as much evidence as possible and track down the so called killer.
