Assault's progression, I guess

Okay so I have this character, Assault (profile in the signature) and I kind of had this idea about him getting sent to jail and ending up on some kind of supervillain reform team/program thing or whatever. It doesn't have to be a real reform program, can be a supervillain scheme or whatever, but within this thread I was just wondering if anyone would be down for helping me with this idea?
Like the current thread I'm in I figure it ends with him getting arrested (SPOILERS) but after that, I'd like to have someone visit the dude and be like "you have a certain set of skills I find appealing, etc etc" and then co-opt him for something
To make sure he keeps to the deal, the visitor would probably have his last meal in prison laced with explosive nanites
