Dr.0 has been reported a problem for major funding companies across the planet. There had been occurrences reported to authorities that innocent people have been turned into robots and sending open checks to Dr.0 for unknown reasons:
OCEAN operatives have been reconning Dr.0 for some time. Together a team of operatives will carry out the capture and recallibration of Dr.0. His genius is recognized by OCEAN and can be utilized.

Basically, you should:
- Operatives Should Break Into Dr.0's Base
- All Squadrons Must Make No Mistakes. Report any failure of plan to their Leader of Consultant or to Co-Founder or Founder.
- This is a Capture, No Kill Operation. The Death of Dr.0 will not go unpunished for his value to the overall future of OCEAN.
- Once Dr.0 is captured elimination of his lab, robot funding drones, and future experiments are to be eliminated at all costs.
