Delvar roamed the streets as the Sun Lord was just beginning to patrol the other side of it's domain. He had finally found some time to himself, and he was using this time to think. Delvar's thoughts lay restless. He had been in this peasant persona for long enough that it was beginning to intrude on his thoughts. This was certainly an unacceptable development. Delvar thought and thought as he walked, trying to decide what he should do to break out of this rut he was digging for himself. He couldn't just break out and do as he wished or he would lose his cover. The Shadow Prince certainly couldn't continue to do as he was day in and day out. What to do? What to do?

As Delvar walked, he paid little attention to his surroundings, eventually walking into the shopping district of the Light-Sider city of Los Angeles. Everyone was leaving as it was getting late, but that didn't bother Delvar. It actually made it easier because for every Light-Sider that walked by him, he wanted to rip out their spine and beat them with it. This was definitely one of his lows. Just as Delvar had decided to cast his cover into the wind, a miraculous thing happened. The streets lights had just turned on as Delvar walked by a particular store. It was a curio shop. In the display were ancient masks. One in particular caught Delvar's eye. It was a demonic face, an evil looking thing. It reminded Delvar of one of the many demonic creatures living in the Shadow Realm. Delvar punched the glass display window, easily breaking through with his superhuman strength. He grabbed the mask and was off into the night as the alarms began sounding.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That night, Delvar donned the mask, as well as a suit of pure black, tight-fitting, leather armor. Lastly he put on a black cape with a fitted hood. He was now covered head to toe in black other than the demonic mask upon his face. With his disguise in place, Delvar was off into the night.

The Shadow Prince arrived at a large fortress where the Light-Siders' currency was kept. He tried the door, but they wouldn't budge. So he kicked them in. The door burst in and the pieces flew about the room, colliding with the teller's desks. The security guard heard the crash and shot awake from his short nap. The guard checked the cameras and saw the lone figure enter. He rushed out with his gun drawn. The Shadow Prince saw the man coming around the corner. He stuck his hand out and said, "Crossbow." A dark shadow formed above his hand dropping the preloaded auto-fire crossbow into The Shadow Prince's hand. Just as the security guard was telling the black clad threat to freeze, The Shadow Prince loosed two bolts. The bolts hit the security guard in each of the shoulders with such force that the security guard was struck and pinned to the wall behind him by the two bolts. The guard yelled in pain. A man of mercy, The Shadow Prince loosed one more into the security guard's head. The bolt went clean through, pinning the man's head to the wall as well. After that was done, Delvar approached the door to the vault.
