Superhero seeks suitable arch nemisis to fight.

Hi folks. guess whos back. yeah, been coraling around several cannon rpgs recently. all of them great fun, just as much as this place. but this time, i thought it was time to come back to my roots while multi tasking on the other sites. This time i've come in search of a new arch villain for my character Bubbleshock to face. i once had one called Vulcan but his user dumped him. so, i'm open for a new enemy.
here are the requirements.
A:Your villain must live in, move to or travel to the UK, which is Bubbleshock's home.
and B:we must come up with suitable storylines to make said hero and said villain duke it out.

How about if the villain was an old acquaintance of bubbleshock's who was always somewhat psychotic though hid it very well?

I can't find your character's info anywhere.I thought a good villain matchup would be someone with either similiar of opposite powers
