Personality: HELIOS at the core of things was created to be a killing machine and up until his retrofitting did just that without so much as a single thought. He would walk onto the battle field and break a man’s arm backwards if ordered to. This was his life and his mission, to kill on command. Under the premise of safety however the unit had three laws installed that would prevent him from taking certain actions.

1.A robot will not harm authorized Government personnel but will terminate intruders with extreme prejudice.
2.A robot will obey the orders of authorized personnel except where such orders conflict with the Third Law.
3.A robot will guard its own existence with lethal antipersonnel weaponry, because a robot is bloody expensive.

However after it was decided that his creation and overall performance was a failure and he was deactivated he would be found years later. The tinkering done to his circuits so that he would be reverse engineered and restored were not complete and lacking in some areas but this tinkering had an unintended result. He developed a conscience and began to develop moral code. A code that is ultimately still being developed, HELIOS is still very much like a child when it comes down to things. He has much to learn about how his actions affect others on a larger scale then the here and now.

The Robot was also outfitted with some means to communicate, having speakers to convey basic problems with his operating system and lenses over his optics. Sense HELIOS is somewhat inept at communicating with people he prefers to state any infliction at the beginning of his sentence, though he is capable of some slight changes to his otherwise monotone voice.

History: The HELIOS mark Four was part of the HELIOS project in the year 1916. It was a project with the explicit intention of creating the perfect war machine capable of storming the frontlines while putting no allied forces in harm’s way. It was going to be the solution to the countless deaths of the military. The machine would have a powerful Virtual Intelligence that allowed it to assess any battle situation and take the proper precautions; Taking alternate routes than originally planned or whatever the situation called for. This was to be the undertaking of the century. Doctor Ignatius Clement was the lead researcher and engineer on the project.

At first everything seemed like it would be fine, the robot moved and completed all of the proper diagnostic operations. It had finally managed to move on to the next stage in the testing process, in field combat. The year had rolled onto 1917 and the Great War was finally looking like the Allies might be able to win it once and for all, an upcoming battle was chosen for the first test; It would come to be known as the Battle of Arras.

Over the area, the battle well underway, in an airplane the scientist scrambled back and forth trying to make sure that everything was perfect for optimal testing parameters. This was a very important moment, the moment that all of their work would be validated. After very scrupulous inspection the scientist strapped the robot with a parachute and a single Colt .45 revolver, with only enough bullets for a single reloading, and pushed him out of the hatch. The fall was to be only the first test, seeing whether or not he could adapt to survive with whatever he was equipped with.

Falling faster and faster, the scientist activated their experiment. Pulling the cord, releasing the parachute, and hitting the ground hard, HELIOS got to work. Killing several Nazis within only a few seconds but as the battle went on it became more and more clear that HELIOS was not perfect. A flaw in his rules was that HELIOS only considered the guards and scientist he saw on a regular basis to be 'Authorized Government Personnel'. To the horror of the scientist above, he was almost completely incapable of distinguishing from ally, enemy, and bystander. As his kill count went up it was decided that this venture was a failure. He was shut down in the middle of the battle.

After being collected, HELIOS was taken back to the base where he had been first created. There he was left with a cloth covering him. The scientist gathered their things turned off the lights and left. They would not speak of what they had helped build. They would never look back. The world would forget about HELIOS mark Four. Until he would one day be found.

Abilities:
- Super Strength: HELIOS is capable of lifting well more than any human could actively imagine lifting. He can easily lift cars and throw them a great distance with little effort. A punch from HELIOS is capable of breaking most, if not all, conventional materials. Even in terms of robotics, HELIOS is very strong, having a lifting capacity that dwarfs most modern day machines.
- Superior Endurance: Having an unknown alloy for skin, HELIOS can withstand a large amount of blunt force. He can shrug off almost any means of conventional weaponry, be it blade or gun. Explosives occasionally create some difficulties for him; nothing outside of a truly powerful explosion will do lasting damage though.
- Combat Specialist: HELIOS has been programmed to know several advanced forms of combat and has brought them all together to create one unique form. Even with all of this programming though, HELIOS is still unable to completely utilize it to the full limits. He only has very basic understanding and can have trouble deciding what he should do next in some situations.
- Robotic Stamina: Being a robot, HELIOS does not need to rest that often, or rather recharge, and when operating is capable of working at his maximum for close to three days. Toning his exertion down can even make it to where he can operate for a straight week with no need to rest. Due to the advanced technology that was used to create HELIOS however, when he does go down to rest from almost completely depleted, it only takes four hours to recharge.
