Personality: Aloof and innocent, Sarah basically has no opinions or reasons behind being good or evil with her abilities. She has the power to help or to hurt and most of the time, she doesn’t know which to do. A bit air-headed and whimsical, the Little Dove holds a strong resemblance and mind-set to that of Alice, from Alice in Wonderland. She feels connected to nature and thinks outside of the box. Secluding herself often, she finds solstice in having her mind conjure up possible plans to possible attacks or circumstances, deeming her to be the usual ‘Thinking-two-steps-ahead’ kind of person. Easily influenced and highly gullible and somewhat oblivious to the world around her, Sarah’s highly influenced by what she sees, who’s close to her, and what she’s told. This makes her quite dangerous in the sense that her gullible nature can easily be taken advantage of . . . But, Sarah’s convoluted mind and central innocence gives her to ground work to be a strong woman one day—Seeing that she gets the right influences . . .

History: Deianeira was a gorgeous nymph of peace, color, and nature. She, along with her fairie, sprite, and nyad sisters works together in the world to bring nature to its full beauty. They painted flowers when winter was over, they nurtured creatures, weary travelers, and helped renew plants and living things after the frost of the harsh cold seasons ended. In short, these magical sprites were the spirits of nature—They were the reason for beauty and natural colors in the world. But with all of these gorgeous spirits of nature, there were the lovestruck men and lovers that followed and sought them out. Of course, despite their natural, somewhat strange physiques, they were women none the less, and were always greatly amused by any man that caught their attention. Being an earth nymph, Deianeira was a natural beauty to behold in her most normal/human-like state. Skin kissed by the hours of labor in the sun, soft green eyes like that of the same plants she nurtured and created . . .

A god of a similar nature and one who truly admired the earth, as his own sister was a goddess of a similar subtopic, Apollo sought out the graceful nymph. He played his beautiful music—Music that could silence gods and mortals alike until they were in a softly-sleeping state . . . He saw nymphs, nyads, and driads, but never his beautiful nurturing beauty. He then requested his sister, Artemis, the goddess of the hunt and the Protector of animals, to seek out the nymph for him. Maybe Deianeira wouldn’t be so intimidated by the nature goddess . . . Not really vouching to do it, but caring too deeply for her twin and his needs, Artemis agreed and found her . . .

She was added to the gods collection of prized possessions and she bore him two sons. But as most gods don’t like the idea of demi-gods, or even worse, half magical sprite/half god, Apollo had her keep their children with her down on earth . . . It was a lonely life to live without her lover beside her as most women did have. But then again, she was a nature spirit, not a true woman . . . Deianeira guided and nurtured her twin baby boys as much as she could. But as they were on the earth and as Apollo needed the children kept a secret, they were deemed mortal, and therefore, they were killed off by sickness in their first winter alive . . .

The lakes wept, the skies were gray, and the flowers all wilted at the loss of the nymph, so it seemed. Her sisters and fairie brethren cried for her and consoled her to the best of their ability. But, the nature spirit had lost her two children and it truly made her feel to be the equivalent of a mortal. A mortal with feelings, one that truly feels pain, love, and loss . . . She’d never felt that before . . .

As a nymph, she’d given her vows long ago to, not a man, but a god. But still, she kept it to all of her admirers that she, infact, would not have relations to men due to her ‘sacred promise’ to Mother Hera. But then, there was Hercules . . .
A demi-god of ignorance, but power. Loving, but ruthless. He was out for penance and along the way, Deianeira was the one to step in and tell him that sometimes, rage wasn’t what won a battle . . . As a tragic love story would end, she accidentally poisoned her new husband and tried to commit suicide . . .

As a sprite, she couldn’t accomplish this. So, from then on, the woman that never aged wanted to have a child to raise. A human child that could have the glories and riches of a normal being. She went to the Fates and asked and begged of them for the future of the world . . . What conditions would a child be in if alone? They told her that the world would advance. And advance it did . . .
Apollo, the god of light, the son, and music could see his former lovers distress . . . The death of his brother, Hercules was a tragedy to many gods—But Mother Hera couldn’t have been more pleased. Because of this, Apollo sought the rights of Hera and went down to earth. From there, Apollo granted Deianeira a blessed child, encased within a crystal amulet. This amulet held a miniscule spirit of a baby—A human that would need to have a body and personality shaped for it. Hera granted the nymph the knowledge and power to know that SHE herself could release the child and bore it herself when she felt the time was right . . . This left the nature goddess centuries and centuries to form the perfect child for the spirit . . .

Deianeira spent the rest of life sculpting and creating a gorgeous little girl—A child that resembled the beautiful trees and nature and sculpted an aloof, carefree personality to match . . . Over the years, the spirits hands grew weak and she continued to modify and perfect the girl . . .

Finally, the year and the world reached the generation of technology and safety . . . There was so much to learn and more than her eyes could see . . .

Sarah was born through tragedy. The humans of the generation were tearing town forests for new buildings and whatnot. Deianeira and her sisters were all slaughtered on account of horrible machines tearing their homelands apart, taking their spirit and their meaning for life away . . . Through this, Deianeira finally let the child go. She released the spirit into the body and passed away . . . The men found the baby girl, crying and seeming to be a newborn in the middle of the woods. She had an odd crystal necklace laying close to her . . . They turned her into the adoption center and left it at that.
But the gods were angry with man. They were killing Mother Earth’s creations and in doing so, killing Earth’s helpers and nurturers. With this ‘betrayal’ of man, Apollo, Gaia, and Poseidon, and Morpheus, the gods of Light, Earth, Water, and Dreams set some of their power into young Sarah’s amulet and into her already magically powered body. She harnessed the ability of color manipulation, light, illusion, and water . . .

At the young age of 7, Sarah played with her abilities and was that odd child that played with bugs, lizards, and stray animals all the time. They didn’t scare her—She seemed to have a way of making any animal calm . . . She loved watching the moon and she loved rainbows . . .

She was adopted at the age of 4 and was taken into a lovely family that let her be herself and loved her unconditionally; After-all, she was so young . . . she needed the attention and care that her real family couldn’t give. She sang a lot and loved when her foster-mother sang her to sleep . . . She was a musical prodigy on the piano, flute, and harp—So much so in her talents for music, that the family called the petite girl their ‘Little Dove’.

The family thought nothing of her strange love for nature OR her somewhat strange abilities that she’d play with and play cute little jokes on her family with. Sometimes, she’d take the color out of certain foods to confuse her foster-siblings—They always got a kick out of that.

But what made Sarah a bit uncertain and stop using her abilities was when she got to touch a butterfly for the first time . . . She was in love with the insects—Their color, how free they were, and their aloof beauty . . . It landed on her finger and immediately shriveled up, drained itself to a sickly white color, and died . . . And with that, she had globs of the butterflies many colors in her hands, ready to use . . . So, by taking the creatures colors to use for fun, she’d KILLED it. That scared her and since then, she’s always careful around harmless, colorful insects . . .

Now at 15, Sarah still likes to play with her colorful abilities (no pun intended ;D) and she enjoys singing in her schools Choir. But really, she’s at the peak of adolescence, deeming her easily influenced and on the verge of overflowing hormones . . . Now with her mind distancing her from her foster family, she has no one but her ‘friends’ and other peoples opinions to guide her . . .

Powers: Sarah has the ability to manipulate colors of objects, completely take the color, and use it as her own personal palette to create new objects, substances, etc . . .Say, she wants to make a teddy bear for instance—She’ll steal the colors of coffee, which is brown, and then the black of table pepper. From that, she has the control over two globs of pure color, deeming the objects she’s taken color from, now without any color at all. With that, she becomes a bit of an artist and creates the teddy bear with the brown of the coffee and the eyes and nose with the black of the pepper. She can manipulate colors and make things SEEM to be completely without color. The limitation to her abilities is that she can’t pull colors off of HUMANS or anything that has a solid blood flow.
This also is what gives her the fascination with butterflies; But the main turnpoint that scares her and keeps her away from trying to strengthen her abilities is just that. She tried touching a butterfly as a child and completely drained the color out of it and killed it. Since insects are so tiny and have no real HEARTBEAT to fight against her power, they’re easy targets for her to drain color . . .
Rainbows, silly as it may sound, are a huge powersource for the young woman. She has the capability of using her colors as WEAPONS, but she chooses not to as she couldn’t purposely hurt anyone. When ‘fighting’ she uses her power and the colors almost like water. She calls this her ‘water colors’, in which it seems she may as well be a water manipulator. Only difference? She can change the ‘water colors’ into different objects while in use;

Red- Could be used as a false image of blood, which is useful when faking an injury for a quick escape and whatnot.

Orange- Can make false images of fire to scare off animals and humans alike—Stimulates the heat and looks of flame, but really isn’t harmful

Yellow- With this color, she can make bright flashes of light. After-all, yellow is one of the most eye-catching colors in the rainbow. With enough of the color, she can create walls of yellow light and escape quickly and distract her enemies.

Green- Used when she needs a get a way from the real world. With Green, she paints forests in blank rooms and creates realistic natural environments. This comes in handy quite a lot with distracting and confusing her enemies.

Blue- Mostly used in its natural state as a watery substance and is used to stimulate an actual water manipulator.

Indigo and Violet: Used to paint flowers and visions when she’s lonesome and in her dreamworld.

Main, most powerful attack; Rainbow Prism, so she calls it- A mixture of all of the colors of the rainbow that have been stored in her crystal amulet are released, creating a flurry of color, and has the ability to paint the visions of anyone around her. This is both helpful and annoying to anyone that knows her well, but it’s useful to the young teen.
Sarah has the mentality to eventually pull colors and life from human beings, but will most likely never reach that level—She’s far too scared. So much so that she never even BOTHERS trying to use her powers to make WEAPONS rather than petty things with the colors . . .

Only inanimate objects or small insects--She can't paint people /larger animals or make clones of anyone as that would require multitudes of color, or even draining color from another being, which she can't do.

(P.S. Segregation isn't nice, Rinne Razz XD)
